CDW has been honored with an Employees’ Choice Award from job site Glassdoor, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2020. CDW ranked No. 51 in the U.S. large company category.

The Employees’ Choice Awards program is based solely on the input current and former coworkers voluntarily and anonymously share on Glassdoor about their work environments. Glassdoor asks coworkers to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, as well as key workplace factors such as career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management and work/life balance.

This year’s winners stand out for putting culture and mission at the core of their operations, for promoting transparency, and for providing career growth opportunities and purpose-driven work, according to Glassdoor.
