Phone customer service to place the order was excellent other than we ended up getting the wired keyboard/mouse combination with the computers, which we didn't ask for. They are very easy to put together and set up. Post order customer service via email/ticket has not been great.

Best Acer 24" Chromebase yet
This is my third 24" class Acer Chromebase device (I gave one to a daughter for her bookkeeping in her small business - she loves it). Acer makes a quality product that lasts forever. This one is the best one yet. It has a quad core processor, is plenty fast, has a large great looking touch screen, plus the usual keyboard and mouse input, and microphone for voice input, and camera for video calls. With a screen this large, there is plenty of real estate for complex video calls (required these days). There are two reasons this is the best Acer 24" Chromebase yet. First it is the fastest one yet, and second this one also runs Android apps! This is probably the most versatile Acer large screen Chromebase device yet. I think this model may qualify as one of the best computing devices I have ever owned. Plenty of connections. I am an old (77) year old astrophysicist, but I love these devices. Very very strongly recommended. The lesser expensive less capable cpu versions are fine too, I am just a speed demon.
