Print bids, on average 12 pages... Drum set does not outlast two changes of toner... Machine cycle tells me that i have 3680 pages of life left with drums... I can't print, getting signal that i must clean corona wire. Bought this printer end of 1919 And i will change for Epson. Very disappointed with duty cycle of toner and drums.

Terrible Drums
I bought these exact drums last year. They did not even last 5000 copies. Plus the printer continued to say replace the drum even when they were brand new.

Drum Replacement
I had difficulty getting the printer to recognize the drums were new. I had to reset some settings and now I get continuous errors that one or more cartridges is not installed properly. I believe the drums were defective and when trying to get the representatives to acknowledge that I go no where.

Easy to change/ printing not great
Changing the drums was fairly easy. The packaging is clearly marked. My issue is there is an area in the middle of pages that is lighter than the rest of the pages. Some words are difficult to make out. The toner is fairly new. I don’t want to buy a new printer after investing in new drum units.
