Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great PrinterI love my printer in just about every respect. My only complaint is that the 'basic' manual doesn't give enough details for operation - - and refers me to the CD-Rom - - but I guess that is today's technology. Anyway, I am very pleased with the printer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT THE BEST PURCHASE EVERThis printer has many nice features, however, the most irritating of all things is that it curls the paper at both ends. After having this printer for 4 months and using over 18 toner cartridges and replacing the drum twice, I thought it was the toner cartridge causing this most annoying problem because, it didn't seem to curl the pages for a few toners and a drum. However, I switched the toner cartridge today and, voilla, the pages are still being curled. What causes this problem and is there a solution for it because, I'm at the end of my rope with this annoying problem. I surely hope someone with knowledge and authority can email me regarding this problem and include a telephone number and name where that person can be reached.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great MFCEasy setup for wireless. Note must be plugged into router. Only possible improvement would be output tray. Otherwise great software included and flawless operation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work HorseI use the MFC 7360N in my home office. I have owned this model for almost a year. The print quality is excellent. It has not jammed on me once. Paper and envelopes feed very easily. The coping and fax features work as designed. I would highly recommend this model for a small office or home office where high output is not needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good all in one printerI have been using the printer for a couple of months and have had no problems at all. I have used the printer, copier and fax functions so far and they work great. I am still using the starter toner cartridge so I can't comment about the toner usage as of yet. I would rate it five stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all-in-one printer, highly recommendedThis is the second Brother printer for me. I bought it to replace an aging FAX and a flatbed scanner. Overall it takes up less space. The document feeder makes easy work of scanning multiple page documents. Feeding envelopes is easy with the straight through path. Software installation for networked printing was easy and did not interfere with my other Brother color laser printer. Now I have an ideal setup. A color printer for the document pages and the MFC-7360N for envelopes and document scanning.Toner cartridge is commonly used in FAX machines so it's available in warehouse clubs and multiple stores locally. B/W print quality is what you expect from a laser. Like the fact you can scan a thick book. Not possible on some other brands because the hinges don't rise up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mediocre Printer And Poor CopierText printing is fine but the printout of grayscale photographs and pictures comes out poorly even with a brand new toner cartridge, while again text copying is fine but grayscale photo copying is poor and often streaked, as if the drum needed replacement, except that it's a brand new machine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase EverIn my office there are 2 computers. I had envisioned connecting both to a new Brother computer via a hub, which I had done with 2 other Brother printers. To my chagrin, I learned that this was impossible.I had delayed unpacking the printer until the return period had expired.Anybody want to buy a Brother MFL-7340 ???
