Brother TZeS231 Labels
These labels are easy to use and prints are very clear. The only issue I experienced is that sometimes the wax backing that peels off the label is hard to peel off.

Easy enough to use
Easy enough to use. Several useful SYMBOLS, fonts, etc. I need to reference the instruction every time for anything out of the very basic, so I don't consider it too intuitive.
The tape does not stick to plastic storage boxes very well at all, even after careful cleaning, drying and application of the tape. The tape DOES stick VERY WELL, maybe a bit too well, to paint. It will strip the paint off of anything it is on.
I HAVE had issues with the tape. It gets gummed up when printing, inside the machine, and the tapes CANNOT be fixed once they go off the rail. A complete waste of EXPENSIVE tapes. In ALL honestly, I probably goofed a couple of the tapes by pulling it or trying to use the cutter WHILE it was printing, but it has happened even when I was very careful.
I remove the batteries and tapes each time I put it away. I store the tapes inside the plastic box that came with it ... maybe he tapes should not be removed or changed?
I would recommend only under the circumstances that the expense of the tapes is acceptable to you, or you somehow never had things get gummed up on you.
Otherwise, it is very useful.

Great labelmaker when the tape works
I love this little labelmaker - all the different fonts, it's so intuitive, but when those gosh darn tapes get stuck it is a nightmare. Such a shame. I have no idea what I have done to get the tape stuck but it won't go back in the guides. The tapes are too expensive to have this keep happening. I am not using the product a lot, only for occasional file labels in my home office. Very frustrated with this purchase - I already exchanged it once, thinking it was broken, but it turns out it's some kind of engineering flaw with the tapes.

This extra strong adhesive tape has been used to label equipment in wash down areas of the plant and still hangs on four years.
