However, when we put all the cartridges into the printer - there was still one slot open and the printer won't print with an open space for an ink cartridge. The missing Cartridge???? It was the 251 BLACK which was needed in addition to the 250 black.

It came with the three colored and one large black, my printer requires a small black ink as well. I would have preferred to get all the ink I needed in one combo pack. I couldn't fine a combo pack that included the small black ink. Had to buy it separately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected Surprise I was just ordering the ink I needed when I saw that I get free photo paper with that. So OK, I could use some photo paper. But I got an unexpected surprise when I saw the size of the package delivered. When I opened it I saw in addition to the ink a HUGE assortment of photo paper. I certainly did not expect that. And since I do not need that much I shared it with some friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Canon products I have used Canon Ink since I bought my Canon printer 3 years ago. I have never had a problem with the printer. The only printer I can say that about. Love that it scans, prints, collates and faxes; all features that I use a lot. Have never had a problem with ink when printing or when I need to remove and replace a cartridge. I would definitely buy Canon again when I need to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MG5620 Ink Cartridge Offerings are incomplete I cannot for the life of me understand why you DO NOT market cartridge packs that include all FIVE cartridges of the most common cartridges required for my MG 5620 printer. Namely, 250 Black (for B&W printing + 251 Black, 251 Cyan, 251 Magenta and 251 Yellow (for color printing. I can buy combination packs that have all four 251 cartridges OR one that has the 250 Black plus three 251 cartridges - cyan, magenta, and yellow. There's plenty of room in the box. How about you give your customers what they NEED in one box?

Only thing is i dont need anymore photo paper and the grey shade catridge is not included
