Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Things Happen to Folks that take their time. The 1st thing I did was to download the "Canon Online Manual for TS 6320 to my computer. I had that in case I needed to get any additional information with out going to the Canon csr service folks. Unpacking this printer was fine. The Canon quick start manual was short and to the point. Finished setting up the printer on my wi-fi network and it worked with both of my computers. Printed great from both computers. Downloaded all of the needed Canon apps for this printer on both of our smart phones and Chrome books. Printed great from both Chrome books with no problems. Took my time on the 1st smart phone setup and it worked mighty fine. The 2nd smart phone went a lot quicker. All of my smart phones and Chrome books now print to the Canon TS6320 printer. Both of my computers work to the new printer TS6320 and my old Canon MX 432 printer. I purchased the Canon TS6320 strictly to use with our smart phones and Chrome books. The Canon Pixma TS6320 will also be a back up for my wi-fi computers in case there is a issue. I like that you can have the TS6320 power off after 15 minutes or a longer time.

The scanner is easy to work with. I bought this to replace an old hp, so I love the wireless abilities, especially now that everyone digital in the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and Efficient I purchased this printer to replace a brother monotone printer that just wouldn’t stay connected to my WiFi. I had to unplug the printer so it would sync again with my network. It was a pain every time. The Canon Pixma TS6320 was an ease to connect to my home network right out of the box! It’s compact, and fits just right on my desk. This printer is inkjet but still more cost efficient than others because you’re replacing the cartridge that ran out. I haven’t tried the scan feature yet as I purchased the printer just yesterday. I do recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good. No issues setting up. Used the phone app for everything. No problem with the usb cord although it does go in at a slight angle. One I connected wifi ( again through the phone app everything printed as it should. Sad that the ink cartridges cost as much as the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So so It didnt cost a lot so i guess i got what i paid for. Very Difficult to set up and connect with computer but finally got it working right. I guess i would buy a better model next time. Our last Canon worked for decades.

Also the the actual cord intake should be redesigned. It's just not user friendly. With a few more engineer tweaks, this could be a phenomenal machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features but super slow and frustrating The printer comes with a ton of great features but the amount of frustration with setting it up and actual printing is overwhelming. Half the time, the printer is "offline" even when it is on. It takes a good 2-5 minutes for the printer to recieve ANY document, including simple one (1 page word docs. Spend a bit more and save yourself the frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Is This Really A Canon All In One? I cannot believe that this is a Canon printer. I have had several Canon printers and all were good but this one is horrible. 1. The USB port is positioned so that it is impossible to connect it to the computer with a USB cable. 2. The screen is so small that it is difficult to read. 3. I am still unable to scan 4. Today the printer did not respond so I had to use the set up cd. Based on my past experience with Canon printers I will try the TS 8220. It cannot be any worse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very dissapointed This Canon printer is the most difficult Canon printer i have had yet. Most Canon printers last about a year. They work really great most of the time but come around the 1 year mark i end up having to buy a new one. I live on a fixed income so am not able to buy an expensive printer. These printers have been great for at least a year but this one is so hard to set up over the internet....it will not download the dirver so i can use it....and when i call Canon for help...all i get is a busy signal. I have used Canon printers for years but this is a totaly dissapointment. Sorry Canon....I need better customer service and when i tried to chat about the situation i was told to call....BUSY signal.....I may be returning this item....if i dont get some quick help soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look elsewhere, anywhere else! When it works, it works well enough. But most of the time it barely works. My laptop has trouble finding it, it constantly needs to be reset, does not play well with slightly thicker papers, jams a lot, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I just got the printer today and tried using the regular printing paper in the front tray and the photo paper in the back tray both went well my pictures I set on glossy 8.5x11 came out perfect no border its a good quality photo for the cost of the printer I’m just worried about ink cost now reading some reviews I would recommend it if you have a smart phone device or good WiFi and are somewhat tech savvy because you can’t just turn it on n it works like my parents would need

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad purchase It makes an odd whirring or clicking noise after each print job. I have not been able to determine if I can scan a document. I bought it unseen as a replacement for my mx2720 (recommendation by Canon). It falls way short of my previous printer!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great disappointment I had a MX870 for 8 years & one before that, and there is NO comparison. It is lightweight, compact and nice looking, but does not feel solid like the MX870. The lid or paper tray & drawer feel like they will break off (plastic). The instructions are not intuitive and there are not multiple options to scroll through to operate different functions. I am having difficulty figuring out how to make it print images I have placed within the text of a document. I threw out a booklet of instructions with the MX870 but this had very little sent with it to help problem solve, I would not buy again nor would I recommend to a friend. I wish I had purchased a more expensive model as I have had good luck with Canon printers in the past. This one is a great disappointment. 3 stars is generous. WIll probably have to replace.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Connecting computer wirelessly with new printer Receive the shipment of the TS6320 printer sooner than expected. That’s the good news. After the initial physical set up, I had problems connecting it with my computer through my home wireless Wi-Fi system. A text type chat with Your Canon rep online didn’t solve the problem because she quickly referred me to an outsourced tech person. That person claimed that my problem was a wrong wrong IP address so two hours and $177 later, the printer did work. But I feel I didn’t get adequate help for free with this new purchase and might have been scammed - left a bad “taste” in my mouth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Little Printer I bought this printer to replace a Pixma MG7520. The TS6320 does not seem to be quite as solidly built. I hope it lasts as long as my old printer did. I like the rear paper feed on the TS6320. I print an occasional #10 Envelope. It is great to not have to remove my regular paper to feed just one envelope. The TS6320 goes through some cycle about a minute after printing. Perhaps a cleaning cycle. It gets pretty noisy for about 20 seconds. It's a whiny gears/rollers type of noise. You wouldn't want to have a conversation in the same room. I'll definitely buy another TS6320 when my wife's Pixma MG7520 finally dies.

Spent 5 hours trying to get support and cut off....Robots just keep repeating same message and have to continually repeat dialing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks good, frustrating to connect to PC I give up. I've tried working with this printer to just do simple things like print from my laptop, but it's just too frustrating. Getting it to see the laptop was the first challenge, then just getting it to print a page without it coming out the wrong size has been my second challenge. Now, it just doesn't want to work with my laptop anymore. I'm done. Luckily this thing was cheap...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great The only issue with it is that you can only scan 1 side of a page at a time with the flatbed, which is relatively inefficient. Otherwise, the printer works great. And I really appreciate that it's lightweight.

Have not yet printed photos but I don't need this printer for that purpose. I've only been using it a few days. So far it has met my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Step back Comparing to my old MG6320 Canon printer, regardless of settings this printer doesn't scan and print as well as the old one. It works but not up to the quality prints I used to have with my old printer. The Copy function works really well, looks like software is optimized for this function only. Besides that, the setup works well, it prints wirelessly from my computers, laptop and android phones without a problem. The build is a bit flimsy comparing to the MG series, which is unavailable anywhere to buy.
