Interlink two switches with this Cisco® MGBT1 SFP Module. It supports connection speeds of up to 1000 Mbps to provide fast data access and fiber connectivity. This Cisco MGBT1 Gigabit 1000Base-T SFP transceiver has an RJ-45 connector to attach Ethernet Cat5e unshielded twisted-pair copper cables for a range of up to 328 feet. It works with a wide range of Cisco switch models for easy integration with your company's existing setup. The mini-GBIC SFP transceiver has a hot-swappable design to maximize uptime during installation and removal.

An integrated spring latch secures this device to the switch and simplifies unmounting. Featuring a throughput of up to 100m, the network transceiver module lets you connect network equipment on different floors. It's backward-compatible with 10/100 Ethernet for compatibility with legacy equipment. With a temperature operating range of 32 degrees F through 158 degrees F, the module supports use in server rooms, offices and certain industrial applications. It complies with FCC Part 15 Class B standards for low electromagnetic interference.
