It is compatible with Cisco ASR 903 and Cisco MDS 9396S devices. The Cisco network device fan tray offers high-quality performance without the need for a filter. The multiple fans in the tray operate separately from the power supply of the device it's in. It features 12 fans to maintain the right speed and temperature. The capacity of the cooling fan tray helps in the event of a single fan failure as there are backups in place. Screws and a handle on the tray make it easy to install or remove as necessary. For a longer lifespan, cleaning and maintaining the fans is recommended. This Cisco fan tray features a port-side exhaust airflow.
