Rated 5 out of 5 byJoe from I would definitly buy this again.Installed the SSD a week ago. Customer service by phone was great and over two phone calls answered all of my questions. Found the on line ordering somewhat clunky. Although I was finally able to order it. The installation went extremely easy. The Acronis software was easy to use. It quickly backed up the old hard drive and cloned the new SSD. On-line videos of installation were very helpful.Extremely happy with the installed SSD hard drive.

The installation will allow me to continue to use my old standby system for a long time to come. Prior to the installation, the laptop was starting to show its age via the slow speed of operation.

Rated 5 out of 5 byArob from Really happy with this 1TB SSDDropped this in Mac Mini (2014), the boot, app launch and file opening speeds are blazing fast. Followed the iFixit guide for the R&R which were flawless. I reloaded from backup which took 8+ hours over the network. Other options are using Disk Utility to "restore" an image from the old drive (my old drive was 2TB so this was not an option), or to clone. This is my first Crucial SSD, but have had good luck with memory in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJim from Very nice upgradeI upgraded the 1 TB WD disk in my HP Pavilion x360 Laptop with a MX500 1 TB SSD. The Acronis Cloning process was easy, as was the physical disk swap. The system booted perfectly from the SSD and the performance difference was AMAZING. Booting the laptop with Windows 10 took seconds with the SSD. It was terrible with the hard disk. Applications like MS Office now load instantly. Its a completely different machine now. Worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySparky from OK unless you need supportThe Acronis software, which must be downloaded ONLY when the new drive is physically attached to your device would not install. I sent emails to both Acronis (Not our problem since it is a OEM version) and Crucial (Go to this website which has nothing to do with your problem). Tried contacting crucial by phone but gave up after holding for 20 minutes. Got the problem solved by downloading a free trial of Macrium Reflect 7. Worked like a charm.
