OK laptop bag - shame about the zips
My old laptop case has lasted about 5 years and is much better quality than this. In particular, for the money that this case cost, the quality of the zips is shocking. They are very plastic-y and don't zip and unzip smoothly. One of the "teeth" of the zip is missing (on a corner of the bag). I give it a year. :-(

I have used my briefcase once since I got it ,and it is fantastic. Everything I needed: laptop, charger, pens, books etc fit perfectly. The material is such that with everything in it- the briefcase was still light and not heavy at all. I am happy that I made this choice. It is a great laptop case!

Dell Premier Briefcase 15
I have been lugging a Dell case around since 2006, I have yet to find one that had all the pockets and zippered pockets. But no more I now switched to the Dell Premier Briefcase 15 as it does have all the pockets, zippered pockets ETC that I need. VERY nice case

I like all the pockets and the option of the long strap, but it has a very strange smell. I've had it for over ten days and it still smells. Musty or moldy. Not sure.

Good construction, protective
My only complaint is the outermost front flap is difficult to zip around the corners because the zipper is curved weird and the inner protective liner gets bunched up. I can mostly avoid opening the zipper that far. My 16" MacBook Pro M1 (the fat one fits nicely, and there is plenty of padding around the edges of the laptop. This seems like something that could last a while, provided I don't mess with the curved zipper too much.

I am spoiled by my old briefcase-the only reason I need a new one is that the handles have frayed and are almost ready to give out. The hardware, zippers, fit of the old case is far superior to this one. My 15" Vostro fits but the fit is tight. The zipper tends to want to grab the lining. The older briefcase is larger. Perhaps this is just not the one for me. But this one is not of the same quality. Will return this one and repair the handles on my old favorite.

Decent Briefcase
Plenty of space and pockets for all my work related stuff. Could be slightly more solid structurally, and electric cables need to go into the body rather than an external pocket otherwise you get unsightly bulges, but otherwise a great briefcase.
