Monitor tilts down on one side
I have 2 of the same monitors each weighing 8.22 lbs. One side the monitor tilts down and wont stay straight and the other is just fine. I'm going to have to now use my old monitor stand

Meh...
The website clearly states that it is easy to install through a grommet hole yet the assembly and instructions show no way to do this whatsoever, only a way to clamp it to a desk, no videos online, and when we called to ask how we would assemble it that way through a grommet hole they told us that they would call us back with a solution that day, 3 days later no call or email...

Great Product - Poor Clamp
This is a great product! Except there is an issue with the clamp size. Most desktops in the U.K. are 25mm thick. This product gives you two options to build the clamp. 1A - and 1B (see images) 1A gives you a minimum depth of approx 27mm. If your desk is 25mm thick then even when you wind part D all the way through and use Part C, it only extends to 27mm, which will not tighten around the thickness of the desk. Option 1B However gives you a maximum depth of approx 28mm. Which means you can't use part C (it wont fit between the clamp and the thickness of a standard desk - 25mm)

Won’t work on some monitors?
These are great arms - very sturdy. Only problem is that they don’t seem to fit on to the monitors that I purchased (HP24 es dual display) which do not have the screw in mounting. Are there additional/alternative mounting plates for purchase?
