So far everything as turned out great and the ink was delivered within 2 days. Plus they allow you to return the old ink cartridge for free to support recycling. Very nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't give you the true amount printable pages I bought the color laser jet pro M454dw on august 18th 2019. it came loaded with ink which i thought was fantastic. I purchased also HP HQ laser paper as well. Well to my surprise i had to print 1500 black and white pages and color pages. It only gave me 800 total for the black cartridge and the yellow is almost gone. For the amount of money which I learn after the purchase you pay for these cartridge replacements it should live up to it's expected number of pages. Very disheartening that I have to now spend more money to meet my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP printer failed; replacement took 3 weeks 25 years ago I bought an HP black and white printer. I think it was a 2200dn. Still works, but now a color printer is necessary. I had a 252, which sucked money out of me for ink and broke down in 2 years. In spite hours of efforts, HP would not stand by their garbage printer, as it was out of warranty. Other companies offer repair, refurbished replacements or discounts on new printers. HP did not care. After buying a Brother, which was worse, I bought a new color printer directly from HP. It took almost 3 weeks to receive. THREE WEEKS. I could have picked it up at Best Buy in one day. The ink is an ancillary evil to a new printer. Far too expensive.

It starts laying down black toner across the entire page making a white sheet of paper look grey. This happened on both the 414A and the 414X, even the starter cartridge did this.
