I usually get them at Staples but I thought it would be easier to just order direct from HP. I ordered the 2 with a delivery date about 5 days. I got the first one in 20 days and I cant even get a status on the 2nd cartridge. Called Customer service 4 times yesterday and just let the phone wait on hold. Each time was on the phone for over 40 minutes with NO response. NEVER AGAIN

HP Ink Cartridge will order your new (empty) ink cartridge 1 month before you need it (Which is a great default mechanism that keeps us from running out of ink early!!!)

I received a cartridge that was only in the vacuum-formed plastic protective carrier. It was not in a black and white HP product box and there was no way for me to tell what was inside. This arrived in a plain large cardboard box with no packing material inside to keep the cartridge from bouncing around inside. With some difficulty I finally contacted an HP person who was very good. She, of course, could not explain why I received what I did but she said that it was highly likely the correct and a fresh cartridge. She had me unzip the seal and take the cartridge out of the plastic container while she was on the phone with me. I installed it while she was on the phone with me and it installed successfully with a full toner indication on your printer application. It seems to be working fine. I was upset about this and I still am. Had I ordered this from a seller on eBay, I would not have been so surprised but I certainly did not expect this kind of quality from HP.

Every few minutes, I get this message on my screen "Cartridge Low" and no matter what I do, it keeps coming back. How do I stop it? I sent an e-mail to you and never heard back. Please help.

Having to take a chip out of one and try to insert it into another is just ludicrous. The fact that I had to buy an HP cartridge only from HP was very disappointing. Placed the order on my phone and had them 2 says later!! Very easy to install vs the old style ink replacements. Unless you buy the name brand expensive ink refills they will jamb up the print head. Soooo happy I have a high quality high output HP printer that uses toner for my home office now!!

Waited two weeks, called HP, sent out the second cartridge, billed again. Finally got second cartridge. Had to dispute second bill with credit card company, they issued a credit and finally so did HP. A month later and its all resolved. You people are incompetent. Never do this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
