On going technical issues has effected my production and frankly is driving me insane. I never thought that I would ran into so much trouble. Your customer service reps are cordial and try to be helpful but every time I call I am on the phone for over one hour and this is not fair to the customer

Less laudable is incompatibility of toner cartridges for this machine's predecessor , the 426, with the 428. HP, will you detail why outside of obvious financial motive this machine cannot accept cartridges purchased for the 426 ?

So... we went on line to purchase an extra cartridge & guess what we discovered??? The laser printer NOW has to have a cartridge with a computer chip. What does that mean. You are forced to Purchase a HP cartridge because no cheaper place has them.

Can't buy NON HP STUFF, the chip that's not there voids the warranty on the OVERPRICED PRINTER - BUT THE TERRIBLE TONER - PURCHASED FROM HP ITSELF - IS UTTER HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand of printer, and certainly a different brand of toner

Sure, it's more expensive than aftermarket or third party toner but in the end you end up getting what you pay for and this high yield toner cartridge proves to be worth the money. You will get approximately 10,000 pages from this cartridge.

Performs well.....The toner is 500% MORE EXPENSIVE for this machine. IT DOES NOT PRINT EVEN 2000 COPIES.....MUCH LESS 10,000. BEWARE! YOU ARE BEING STUCK WITH A MACHINE THAT WILL COST YOU 5-10X AS MUCH PER COPY. 58x CARTRIDGES don't last 1/3 as long as our old faithful kyocera cartridges that only cost $43 each...this 58x....$221? WHAT???? GO ELSEWHERE BESIDED HP....I'LL NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN.....

It was easy to set up, prints quick and easy to use. I originally bought a Canon, it was difficult to set up was having problems with it printing scanning etc. within two weeks of purchasing the Canon I returned it and bought an HP - LOVE IT!!

The INK in 2x’s as costly as the Brother printer ink and the cartridges only Produce slightly more than 7000 prints. Although I love my printer, either this ink needs to come down in price or I may be leaving the HP family! Misleading in their advertising of how much ink is yielded
