PLEASE SEND THE STARTER CARTRIDGES.

No more ink!
I bought the 8022 model 4 months ago from a local Walmart here in Cortez Colorado. Recently the Black Ink ran out. Much to my surprise when I went to the local Walmart to buy a replacement cartridge there was not on the Shelf. When I asked the clerk when they're going to have more in-stock. The clerk told me it was discontinued and they're no longer selling that ink. Even though they're still selling the printer right across the aisle from the ink. Since then I went to Durango Colorado and Farmington New Mexico to try to find the ink cartridge with the same result. The ink cartridge at the Walmarts that I went to $18.95. I had to order it through HP. And spent over $45. It seems like it's a scam.

Hard to evaluate the ink cartridge
To my surprise only the printer was cancelled off my order without explanation. More surprising was that HP send me the extra printer cartridges. After hours of trying to cancel the ink cartridges over two days (calling, email), the cartridges arrived to my house. Haven't been able to reach anyone for a return. Hopefully HP will be operational soon. The printer I ordered was a huge need as my two other HP printers broke down over COVID standown.

I bought a 2 pack of this ink. One was good, but the other was defective. I sent the defective one back, but have not received a replacement. My review above is on the good one. The other gets a sub zero! If I do not get my re-lacement, your product gets a below zero rating

Writing review via unsolicited email. It's much more expensive than Chanel 5 or Dom Perignon per fluid oz for a $100 printer. "Genuine HP ink direct from HP" expires in less than 1 year. Printer won't allow you to print if any ink cartridge is low (absolute anti-consumer design). F grade all around.

Thank god I no longer own a business and own an officejet pro 8020 or 8030. The cost of cartridges would bankrupt me. I just use my printers at home for odds and ends and every time I turn around I am out of ink. I printed 2 tax returns and some ebay docs and there goes another $43.00. The only reason I bought the 8000 series printers is my other HP printer went offline every 10 minutes.
Next time I will try another brand as I am disgusted with HP.

I received this Printer yesterday and JR from the the Philippines helped me get it connected. one thing was I couldn't get the printer opened to put the ink in. The instructions doesn't tell you that there is an 1/8th inch square button that you have to press in to opened the printer to put in the ink cartridges. That is something I had to figure out myself. You need to let people know that, because otherwise they will break it.!!!!

Can’t review ink because I will never use it. I did purchase a model 8035 ink jet printer and had to return it because it continuously had paper jambs no matter what I or a technician tried. They ordered me a new replacement and it did exactly the same. I also returned it and was refunded my purchase price which I used to purchase a different brand of printer.

The printer works great BUT I did ask an online representative prior to the purchase if this printer was OCR compatible to scan documents into editable text, which it does not. I would have picked a different printer. Otherwise this printer does a good job. Have not tried printing photos yet. To much of a hassle to send back

tech support provided outstanding service when I needed I re updating HP 8035 etc etc. The HP ink cartridge took a bit longer to get here. However, HP Ink toner XL is far better than instant ink (ng). I have been doing this for year and the ink toner is total quality and you can print all you need and I also say instant ink is the HP corporate's desire and a waste of money as HP instant ink charges for the paper you bought by counting pages. Ridiculous and why I do not buy instant ink and I am doing a lot of work. Guess it is for the novice who does not have much work to do. HP gets more money by charging you for the number of pages I print with ink I bought xl, etc. That is not right and a steal HP should never charge when you bought your own paper etc. A suggestion I hope corporate looks at as the profit goes to HP and ink not as good i.e., instant ink/

Bought a new HP printer a few months ago that used 910 cartridges. But I can't find them anywhere. I bought these simply to hoard them. Can’t find the color ones for love or money. Shame on HP for selling product that’s not fully supported. The printer cost close to $300 snd may be worthless due to deplorable HP support policies.

the first printer i had to return because there were no cartridges available. I returned that printer and bought another one. I had to pay someone to load the printer into my computer because the printer would not come up on the add printer screen. I was discusted to have to pay someone to hjelp me set up the printer. Never have I had to do it with other printers on computers. It makes me think about not purchasing other HP products.

I need colored ink to go with the 910 black ink
I'm writing a bad review, not because the black ink I bought is bad, but because I can't find the HP910 magenta, yellow or cyan ink colors anywhere for sale. I'm very frustrated that I only found the black ink!
Any leads on where I might find the colored ink for my printer? The printer isn't very old, so the ink should be available through HP, but isn't.

I bought this for my new 8028 printer. Much better shielded and packed than the 950 and 951 inks. HP has heeded customer input and modified the design, so I'm not looking at dried ink anymore in at the wrong time. My instant ink black cartridge leaked all over me when I opened it. I tried for hours and days to get a hold of someone to get a replacement cartridge. Finally I had to buy one if I wanted to print. Talking to a virtual thing is like talking to a wall, they dont comprehend or are not able to help. For this reason I would never buy another hp printer.. Also they are not user friendly, I still cant figure out how to enlarge my printing. And when asked for the serial number, I could not read it with a magnifiying glass. Could you possibly hide it better and make the numbers smaller? I still have not heard from anyone. I hope my calls were recorded but it doesnt seem to make a difference.

You should know that, although the price has not increased for ink cartridges, the number of pages for usable ink has been cut about in half-instead of an XL cartridge yielding 1500 pages of ink, it now yields 850. That, in fact, IS a price increase to the buyer via a marketing ploy.

The toner cartridges came to me either mostly empty or dried up. I did not get even 1 usable sheet from the printer. And to make matters worse, I cannot use other brand cartridges, only HP so I run the risk of getting worthless cartridges every time. And even returning them there is no guarantee that their replacements won't be as bad, this is not the first time this has happened. I am currently shopping for ma new printer from another brand.

Changed Cartridges and the printer stopped working try to get help from HP help and they tried to help me until they found out that my printer was no longer under warranty. It was from 2019. If you are printers only last two years then you’re making an inferior product

The XL is the only way to go if you print a lot. I prefer ordering direct from HP as local stores are often out of stock. Plus HP doesn't charge shipping fees and turnaround time is quick -- within a few days. I have the wireless HP8025 Printer which I love. I can email and fax directly from the printer.

I have purchased HP ink twice in the last few months, both were delivered by Fed-Ex and left in a snowbank the last time (I had cleared the sidewalk and porch before delivery and it was dry, so I don't understand why delivery person threw it into a snowbank). Also, in October, a package of 5 ink cartridges was thrown down in the freezing weather. I couldn't find the package until 2 days after delivery. When I tried to use my printer with the new ink, I thought my printer didn't work, so I purchased another printer, to discover it was the ink ruined, and too late to return the ink cartridges. It was very expensive. I wasn't notified until too late to make a difference.

It came with colored ink. Since colored ink is so expensive I choose to use only black ink. Only I have no idea how to do this. For me this is a complicated mess. I need something that is more user friendly.

Miserable. It leaked all over when I opened in, on me, on computer, on carpet. Returned for credit. Will not buy online from HP again. Too unreliable and return policy is restricted to 30 days so if you buy ahead to have extra stock and you don't open it for a month or two you can't return it if it leaks.

HP ink is best for HP printers. I'm glad HP offers an ink cartridge in different sizes based on my quantity of monthly printing. If I don't print very much, then I can choose the less expensive HP 910. If I do print a lot, then I can choose the slightly more expensive HP 910XL. Saves me from go through ink cartridges faster. HP also included a postage-free mail pouch to return old unused ink cartridge(s) so they can be disposed of properly and/or recycled in an earth friendly way. I like that even better!

The price never comes down despite the "economy of scale" in ink manufacturing.

Expensive and wasteful ink r4equirements.
I am a relatively low user of HP printing. I purchased a new black XL at the end of my ridiculously expensive "free 6 months." When I replaced the three colors, I again had to replace the black XL. Since the end of my ink contract, I have had to replace all my XL cartridges twice. The system seems to require a simultaneous replacement of all 4 cartridges at the same time. Expensive and presumably unnecessary. I thought I

This product is grade A quality down to the last drop of ink! Although it is pricey, I don’t have to worry about the finished product. I tried the knock-offs and their is no comparison to the genuine article. I highly recommend this ink!!

Hp have figured out a way so you can’t use these replacements in other printers! I have 2 of the same printers one for home and one for work. I can not use these interchangeable!!! Very sneaky and customer unfriendly

That it will only work if you buy HP ink cartridges from HP at higher than market price or from any other company that has paid an extortion fee to HP. Perhaps it would be better to buy
from a more honorable company. Printer works, but I paid $85 for $55 worth of cartridges to make it work.

We’ve had 4 other HP printers with quicker and larger print capacity. None of the 910 High Yeild or Regular HP Cartridges are as simple to install as our other HP printers. Flipping back the orange ink cover is disappointing, they almost always leak the toner on your fingers & the cartridges!

Great HP Printer Cartridges
These HP printer cartridges are as good as I expect them to be. I used to use a generic cartridge set, and that worked quite well while saving me a bit of money. Then my wife purchased an HP laptop and tried to print something out. The laptop discovered the generic cartridges and shut the printer down. I had to purchase HP cartridges to be able to use my printer again. So be careful if you prefer to use generic cartridges.

HP printers and ink are excellent quality. I have been using HP printers for about 12 years.
Incidentaly the ink cost less when purchasing from HP directly.

The shopping experience for this product through HP was easy and straightforward. The reason I only gave it two stars is because of the expense of a small amount of black ink. My other printer is an Epson and I just bought a bottle of ink for it that was about 1/3 of the price And considerably more product. The Epson seems to be a better printer all around.

It’s like sitting in a brand new car for the first time even my printer was happy and thanked me for using HP ink, and did I tell you I received a send back recycling bag for my old cartridges. HP you are so nice and the cartridges were less THAN COSTCO!

Cartridge is fine this time. Other printer in NY, cartridges were no longer available from HP. Bought replacements from another company but printer will not accept them and thus will not print. Don't think I will buy HP in the future because of this.

We buy the 910 XL ink refills because they last longer than the standard refills. We buy the three color refills xl and the 910 xl black refill at the same time when we start getting low before we run out. HP mailed them out and we got them with free shipping.
