They're not. Because this was so non-intuitive, I ended up replacing one color at a time, still getting the "ink depleted" error. instead of just getting all of them at once. Was down for 2 weeks.

When I received it I installed it & then It told me I had to replace my cyan cartridge. I received & installed that & now it says to replace another. It should be able to list them all to start with, instead of 1 at a timeBill

The morning after I placed the order, I received an e-mail with a much later date than initially promised. I needed the cartridge because your HP will not print if even one cartridge is depleted. So I called your toll free number and your agent was able to cancel my order, telling me when I should expect my refund. Then I traveled half an hour to find a retail store that stocked the product and purchased it there. A week later, instead of a refund, I received the item, which I now do not need.

I do suggest that when someone purchase more than 1 cartridge in the same order that you supply one return envelop for each cartridge. Earlier I purchased 3 cartridges in one order and they do not need changing at the same time. Now I’m waiting for the last one to expire before I can return any.

I FOUND OUT WHEN THE MESSAGE COMES UP, IF I SHUT OFF MY COMPUTER, THEN TURN IT BACK ON, IT WILL WORK AGAIN.

Then they get you with the Super Expensive Ink. And they make the printer if 1 of the color ink is empty, you can't even print out a black and white copy No Happy with HP!!!

Upon inspection of the ink box I see a date of Oct. 2021. This leaves about 6 months until expiration and possible rejection by the printer. Not happy about that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Region locked ink Unfortunately, HP uses region locking for ink. This means that the HP printer that I bought in the Caribbean won't work with ink bought in the US without changing the printer's region code, even though it is the SAME model. Absurd, and ridiculous. I will be looking for another printer. DO NOT bring HP printers with you if you move. It's just not worth the hassle.
