Not the first HP EliteBook I've owned. In fact, this was a replacement for my old laptop that was several years old. I'm a very happy HP customer which is why I keep coming back.

Fast, looks great, and perfect size.
I had ordered a custom PC, but with some components being short it got delayed multiple times. I call Hp and they gave me a great deal on a ready to ship laptop. I love it and I saved some money. I've been using HP products for a few years, in my opinion, HP has the best customer service experience.

Pathetically designed machine
I have had this computer for three weeks. It was barely left my desk and the keyboard no longer works. This is absolutely ridiculous that hp can charge a premium price for a horrible laptop. I have no respect for the company and they have lost my business for the remainder of my days.
