First time All-in-One user
I am disappointed that there was NOT a diagram as to where the USB slots, DVD location, On/Off button, etc. I checked inside the box it was shipped in, hoping that I missed it. Trying to tilt/adjust the monitor/computer unit is extremely stiff and difficult to maneuver it. You can't see many of the slots because they are black on black. I still don't know where the DVD pop out slot is. Just a reminder, not everyone is well versed in technology. Especially individuals in my age group (55+). More of a tutorial should be enclosed with the product. I also had to hire someone to come in and set up the All-in-One for us.
Overall I have always been pleased with HP products. We don't buy any other brand for computers or printers.

Super Easy to Set-up
My previous computer was dying! And I needed a new one - NOW. I have purchased numerous HP products in the past so I went to that webpage first. I reviewed my options, chose one quickly and paid for upgraded and fast ship. I was excited for it's arrival.
The set up was easy. I was fortunate that the backups I had downloaded quickly after installing software I use.
I liked the fact that the computer did not come with numerous programs that I don't want or need.
Bottom line, my computer, my small business, and my life got back up and running in 1 day.

Customer Support Stinks for Damaged Products
By the time you get through on the telephones, the exchange policy expires. On my 3rd day on hold with a speaker phone - And I am a big customer.

So easy to set up!
I really love this new HP EliteOne 800! It practically set itself up! I've only had it one week so I'm still discovering features but I'm happy to be able to use it right away!

Nice home unit
Purchased this computer to replace my 2015 HP Pavilion that had an I3 processor. Set up instructions could be a bit clearer but I was up and running in about 30 minutes. Be sure to plug in the USB keyboard and mouse after the computer has first booted up so they are recognized otherwise they will work but won't wake up the computer after it has gone to sleep. Transfer of my files, photos and videos from my external back up hard drive was
quick. Quite pleased so far.

Best investment ever
I am beyond delighted with my new All-in-One. I also have an HP Spectre laptop which I love but it is a 13 inch screen and I was ready for a bigger screen since I'm now sitting at my desk on Zoom meetings all day long. The pop up camera is at just the perfect height for great video conferences.
