Doesn't work.
I bought this because it was listed to specifically go with the Spectre laptop I was purchasing at the time. I've tried everything...can't get this to work at all. I've seen others on this site say the same thing. Misery loves company, I guess. Take a pass and find another option. I feel like all I did was pad HP's wallet.

Easy to Use - Convenient
This mini-dock is very easy to use, and it works. I have used it on my laptop, connecting it to an HDMI monitor and an external mouse and keyboard. It works reliably, and it makes it easier and more convenient to use my laptop on my home office desk - just one connection to make and all my peripherals are up and running. Wires and cables are out of the way and my desk is much neater.

Great, basic docking station.
Works great with my HP Dev One laptop. Also, it is 100% working great with my wife's Apple Macbook with M2 Chip.

Make sure your Laptop USB-C connection supports video output to Extend Display
This rating reflects my experience with the product and follow-up with HP Support and not specifically the product itself. I initially contacted HP Support for them to recommend a Hub/Docking Station that would allow me to connect my HP Laptop with two separate HP monitors and they recommended this product. However, after connecting the Mini Dock as instructed the two monitors still didn't work. Bottom line is my laptop's USB-C connector does not support external video - only through HDMI and not USB-C. HP does not sell any product to solve my issue per HP Support, so I went to Amazon and ordered a single USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI splitter adapter from a third-party vendor. It took me about 15 minutes to set it up and it works flawlessly. I am thrilled I finally solved the issue but was terribly disappointed with HP Support. It seemed I knew more about what the problem was and how to solve it than HP Support. I'm sure the product works great if used in the correct application. Very disappointing!
