Wrong part received
The picture shown above is what we want, but that is not what we received. I have been waiting for customer service to contact me so we could return the incorrect part and receive a credit for the charge to my credit card. Please contact me IMMEDIATELY. I have been in touch with Frank Miele, Account Manager Sales Contact Center, CDW Direct, Llc., who told me to wait for customer service to connect with me via email with instructions for return since December 18th.

Quick & Easy Installation
Since installing the new Separation Pad Kit we've had no multiple feed errors and the scanner is operating beautifully. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and only took a couple minutes to complete.
