The IBM Adapter Card is hardware ready to deliver the high-performance FC-NVMe capabilities to enable very low latencies, higher bandwidths and low CPU utilization. This features provides two I/O adapter cards, each with four 32 Gb FC ports and shortwave SFP transceivers. It is used to add 32 Gb FC connectivity to the FlashSystem 7200 control enclosure.
