Mine was a dud(?)
Mine jammed on me, and tech support couldn't resolve the issue. I didn't however, wait 3 seconds of motor silence before inserting the next sheet sometimes as the owner's manual said to do. But I did give it enough time for the sheet to shred and waited a second or two(but with the motor running.This has a reverse function that's supposed to resolve this issue. I shredded about 30 sheets and had to send it back. One star from me.

Great service. Shredder fits very well. Not to big and not too little. Couldn’t get a shred of work without it!

You get what you pay for.
This scanner doesn't work unless it's plugged directly into the wall outlet. This is not efficient for most offices. The scanner is inconsistent. Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. It was th lase expense scanner that Dell offered. I guess we get what we paid for.

Surprisingly tough
Great. I had to go through 10000+ of docs. This handled it with no issues at all. I was expecting to to break before I got done and it just powered though. Never overheated, never jammed.

You get what you pay for, its cheap and the performance matches that
So don't put more than 3 regular sheets of paper through at a time and MAKE SURE YOU DONT EVER put an unopened envelope through it, especially if its a credit card offer or you will be in for PAIN -Mr. T

It gets jammed. I have no idea how to un- jam it. Can only shred 3 or less pages at a time.

Less than expected
For starters, the advertised amount of sheets of paper is not accurate. Im not shredding papyrus, just bills, and can get nothing close to the advertised amount of sheets shredded. The follow up issue is the speed. This item shreds paper like road crews grind up asphalt; slow with frequent stops. The amount of times I have had to back out paper to re-shred it is comparable to the amount of times the shredder worked as advertised.
The last issue is power. I am not expectant of a 12 horsepower monstet shredder I could make mulch of tires with. But for the price, this shredder is weaker than a comparatively priced coffee grinder.
I would mark myself as not satisfied with this purchase, as the only redeeming quality of the product is its ability to actually shred items, periodically of course.

Paper shredder
It shreds paper once it turns on but it takes too much time from power on until it functions and this has to happen every time you use it. Very disappointed

The product is ok* it's just not what i exspected. To many no's, no shiny papers, credit cards etc. That's an issue with me,much needed.
