Not very convenient to have a moving part (ball while scrolling by sliding a finger. The rest works OK.

This mouse is wonderful!
I am a longtime trackball user. I have had my good mice and my bad mice in trackballs. This is one of the best I have had, actually probably the best. It's wireless, installed automatically with ease on all my computers, so all versions of windows I have seen were ready for it. It took only one day to get used to. Never glitches, built tough and built smart. I highly recommend it. It is great!

Excellent wireless track ball mouse
this is a wonderful entry level track ball mouse. It has programmable buttons which is great for left handed users like myself the scroll pad is two semi circles surrounding the track ball which work perfecting you can even adjust the speed at which it scrolls up and down the page. its foot print is just a bit bigger than a traditional mouse and wireless which is why i bought it. The other models have more features but are considerably larger than this model and more expensive.
