The look is sleek which is also a plus. The angle of the laptop stand is also optimal for view and typing. Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Complaints. Good Build. I bought this stand for my older brother who is a pastor and types a lot for his sermons. He’s struggled with his hands cramping whenever he types on a flat surface, so the stand angles the laptop upward just enough to help mitigate the cramping. As far as build, it’s made from aluminum, so sturdiness isn’t really an issue. It being foldable is a plus, making it more portable. All-around, my brother has no complaints about it and therefore, I have no complaints. It does what it was designed to do well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight and solid I made it work by offsetting the placement of my laptop, but the larger plastic gap between the rubber of the external battery on my T480 sat right on the metal. It works well for its intended purpose. I store it flat using its rubber to hold it in place, but pushing it open causes it to open pretty violently. Finally, I fear that the metal pins holding the legs to the body might break but it feels pretty solid.

Currently I am using a second monitor and constantly to look at two monitors while working or in zoom meetings. The minimalist look of this stand somehow attracted and considering its size and its portability, I am leaned to give it a try and it does not disappoint me. What I really think is exceptional, the stand is uniquely foldable, compact in size and thin. I bring the item whenever I should work elsewhere my room. It also has a stopper to ensure the laptop would not fall while sit nicely on the metal.

It is sturdy, doesn't slide around, is just the right height and angle. Looks great too! My laptop has great airflow underneath now also. I could not be more pleased with the stand and the price!

I’m always taking with me everywhere I’ll use it for my portable screen and laptop the stand for my portable screen is a joke so I turn my portable stand and it secures it from falling. I also use it for my laptop beats putting my laptop a surface that’s been touched by by who knows who. It s very easy to clean since it’s solid aluminum. Actually I need to buys couple more for the wife and kids especially with all the time they spend with zoom classes and work from home.

I purchased this for my desk at home due to the quarantine, and i plan on carrying it with me in the future in my backpack because of its great size and weight. For the price you cant find anything better. The rubber feel also are very stable on slick surfaces and hold the computer very firmly.

I have a 15 inch laptop and it hangs over both sides on the stand, which makes me nervous about leaving my laptop on the stand on a table because II am afraid it will fall. On the plus side, this product has a rear arm that folds both in and out, with which you can adjust the height. It also lightweight and fits nicely into a laptop bag.

Functionally, however, it is very poor for my model - the cooling holes on my X1 Carbon 7th Gen are significantly covered, as are the downward facing speakers. Even if you jiggle it so that half of each front rubber foot is on the stand, the clearance for cooling is still only a couple of mm. I guess that is why it was on sale. The angle is great for comfort but I expect two Lenovo branded products to function perfectly unless the description states it is model-specific.

My work setup has a higher stand - ergonomics dictate the screens should be about the same level. This one is good if you plan on using the keyboard. If the height could be popped up to the next level, this stand would be very versatile. It is good for what it does.

Not a big deal, just glued it back on with super glue, and it's been fine since. Other than that it allows for some air circulation, which is what I was looking for.

If you bought this thinking that you could replicate the angle that a mechanical dock would provide, then this is not a good choice.

Feels strong and durable, and fits the Yoga Laptop perfectly. couldn't have asked for anything else based on the description of this product. The only thing I could think to make it better would be adjustable height increments, the current form is all or nothing, if it was possible to adjust for different tilts would be the only way to make it better. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stand saves computer and wrists I added this stand to the order of my new laptop because I'm very clumsy and wanted to prevent spilling water on my nice laptop, and it has actually already saved my computer. (how embarrassing!) A plus is that typing and gaming is now a lot easier on my wrists, I don't think I can go back to being stand-less now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable laptop stand This Stand a) securely holds the laptop at a likely universally convenient angle for operating the keyboard b) looks and feels like an object of high-quality engineering, materials and fabrication, is robust yet lightweight, folds flat but for the necessary rubber strip at the bottom of the platform and is 100% worth buying. As a matter of fact, in my experience this Stand is worth having twice over; yes after using the Stand for one notebook I revisited the Lenovo site and bought an additional copy as a backup and also for a particular second notebook. Now I have two Lenovo Portable Metal Laptop Stands and am using both, sometimes simultaneously. Highly recommended, any laptop user almost certainly will be happy with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stable and portable fits my legion 7 pretty well, the fans aren’t blocked by the bottom; since my device is 16” i kinda have to position it in the center or it may tip over a little but it’s not really a big deal. i only wish the height was adjustable but i love the portability!

Does everything I could ask of it. It is portable enough that I throw it in my travel bag along with the laptop.

The description says up to 15'' laptops but I've been using my 17'' on it just fine. The lift is pretty nice too, though make sure to tighten the back flap.

It’s also a better deal than what you can find on Amazon. This stand serves two purposes. It allows your laptop to breath by elevating it from the surface thus allowing the free-flow of air through the cooling system; and it allows for better typing and viewing of the screen. I didn’t think I needed it, but I am very happy I bought it. I’ll never lay my laptop on a flat surface again.

It's functional, raises the laptop and leaves a good amount of clearance underneath for cables, etc. Wish it had a locking mechanism to change the angle/height though, instead of basically being only usable at its widest opening. The thumbnail image shows the stand arm pointing almost straight downward, but if I use any angle other than the widest it goes, it either slides forward to the max angle, or slides backward to collapse the arm completely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Well The stand cools the laptop with fresh air, and it raises the screen to a comfortable height. Something I dislike is that it doesn't look stylish when it has no laptop. This is because it has an ugly sticker that can't be removed, and a couple of other things.
