Its a touch screen all in one with just about anything you could ask for. My favorite features is the adjustable monitor stand. I love how I can move the monitor in almost any direction. I am grateful Lenovo still makes a cd/dvd port for this as well as I have many CDs I still use. I appreciate all the usb ports that come with this as well. I like that you can block the camera on top. From the moment I called in and spoke with Lenovo Customer Support until the product arrived, everything was smooth. I am a prior Lenovo Customer. The price for this computer was worth all the features I wanted in a desktop. I am definitely going to enjoy this computer for many years to come. My other Lenovo C460 lasted over 7 years but I needed to upgrade it. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lenovo for another excellent product.

I already bought a thinkpad from Lenovo two years ago and fell in love with Lenovo products hence decided to buy one for the whole family. I will strongly recommend the Lenovo products. The only issue is that there were not much upgrade variety.

Of course I configured it with minimal RAM and HDD options, and then purchased / installed my own memory and SSD. What cost me ~$180 for a 1TB SSD and 16GB RAM would have been ~$450 upgrade at Lenovo. But all computer places try to rip you off on the upgrades.

Would like better set-up instructions, I still don't know if there is a plastic protection film on the screen, and I don't want to try to remove it. My only concern is that it is a bit of a slug. I would have expected it to be much zippier. It may be due to McAfee. Other than that, it is another great Lenovo product.

Not only did it take me 5-10 minutes to set up with no tools but also I had no issues with file transfer, bookmarks or connecting to the internet.I absolutely recommend Lenovo to everyone. I always get the latest configurations in an AIO since it is sometimes difficult to upgrade and this was very competitively priced.

I am done with the multiple boxes, cables, etc. With my o365 account everything was set up in less than 30 min. The screen is really big! Maybe I would expect the back arm to be more flexible and allow to set a little bit higher. I am considering to hang the screen on the wall as I have seen that this should be possible (just need to find out how. I like the touch-screen features which allows for faster scroll. I am looking forward to explore all available functions, but as regards the regular ones, I have no comment. Working with sophisticated graphs and pictures is easy fast and reliable.

Example: ilder models have the camera integrated into the monitor. The camera options sit ontop of the monitor, thus increading the height. It does have a shutter option included in the design which is great! Additionally, the older model has the USB, headset jacks etc along the bottom front of the monitor increasing accessibility, having them along the side is inconvenient when space is an issue.

Unfortunately the quality related only to the hardware. The software quickly developed problems. When the machine would Sleep it would not reboot without a considerable number of Control/Alt/Deletes. It made a metallic sound as it tried to boot. I eventually had to set it so that it never slept as I was on-line trying to get help. I decided to return it rather than do all the BIOS downloads,etc the Technician was suggesting. I had in-house warranty but in these days of Corona 19 it was never suggested by Lenovo, so I felt I was on my own.

It doesn’t come with a camera as advertised, no cd/dvd slot, and it only connects to the internet by Ethernet cable. I paid over $900 because I added extra memory and a few other things. For a product that costs this much it should be able to do what basic computers do. I was extremely excited to get it. What a huge letdown. Disappointing product.

It is fast, has a beautiful monitor, wonderful keyboard, and a multitude of ports for every type of USB, monitor, or accessory. I liked that I could custom build it to my specification. I was able to customize the build to include all of the features that I wanted, it saves a ton of space, and it was extremely simple and quick to set up and start using. Seriously, it took longer to detach & remove my old tower and monitor than it did to get started working with this! It's so quiet I hardly know it's on and everything is functioning flawlessly with no conflicts. Excellent speed, graphics and sound. YAY!!!

The processing speed, RAM, and screen size, combined with Windows 10 Pro is a winner. It handles multiple data bases simutaneously without a hiccup. I am an apple girl at home but at work everything is windows based! I would suggest to anyone looking for a good reliable brand of computer to go with LENOVO!!!!

It is fast and performance is great for running business applications and doing tasks. I would say the drawbacks are the weight -it is heavy, I would have preferred a wireless keyboard and mouse as part of the package. I switched out to a wireless mouse and kept the USB keyboard.

The screen size is adequate but leaves room on the desktop for other necessary supplies. Quite satisfied with this purchase.
