My printer not setup to print wirelessly
I never got the Lexmark connected to either one of my computers, b/c the so called people from Lexmark company nor Dell people returned the call for assistance to help connect the printer to at least one laptop. So disappointed. And the young guy wanted me to give high ratings , but never returned the call as he stated he would do to complete helping me set up my Lexmark printer. I am unable to print directly from my computer wirelessly.

Good printer...Poor instructions and documentation
This is a very good printer, but was a little difficult to setup the additional options such as scanning and faxing. The documentation is not very good.

Printer and ink
Either the printer we bought thru dell is garbage or the printer ink cartrage is garbage but it’s spewing inky dust out so what’s bad. We r not happy

Dell is great until you have to return something
I'm sure this toner is fine but it was not the one I needed so I started the return process. I was emailed the shipping label and UPS picked up the package on Feb 18. I have a proof of delivery saying it was delivered to Dell on 2/21/20 but still no refund. I checked return status and it still says awaiting return shipment. Even worse I sent an email asking about the status of my return and have had no response. Needless to say I am not at all happy with Dell right now.

Setting up the Lexmark Printer
I like the Lexmark printer which I purchased, however after (1 one week of trying to set it up, and going on line trying to find help without purchasing "the help", or YouTube I finally found "the help". It took about an hour to set up, which I did not like and there are still some functions that I am not familiar with and at this point, I really don't care. Maybe at a later date when I receive more patience.
