It`s a little heavy to pick up, but very easy to use. I had no difficulties with operating the printer. All of the instructions were very easy to follow.

The printer speed was excellent. I was initially disappointed in the quality of the output, but a quick resolution adjustment (the default setting was low resolution) and the output looked great. My son used it to print some resumes and the difference between his inkjet printer and these were amazing.

I am not the most tech savvy individual, but set up and use did not pose any challenges. I think the set-up and initiation process is very user-friendly.The printed pages were clear, legible and operated very quietly - which was a nice bonus. As with all printers, of course, nothing is every 100% perfect, but if there is a paper jam, the instructions or indicators to remedy the issue are very easy to understand. It is also a added bonus that the cost for the Lexmark ink cartridges tend to be a little less expensive than their competitors.What`s more is the design of the printer is also aesthetically pleasing - as it looks great in my office space. I would highly recommend this printer for any person who has a small to medium-sized business or who works from home.

I chose to enable the cloud printing feature on this printer, and quickly downloaded the Lexmark Mobile Assistant app to set up all the necessary functions. The app worked seamlessly on IOS, wifi printing was set up with ease. Cloud printing was just as simple. Cartridge came equipped to print 2000 B&W pages, print jobs flowed from the printer with great responsiveness. I was unable to set up my fax function, however, that was due to the lack of a LAN line on my part. Print quality was above average, print speed was also surprisingly swift. The ease of cloud printing set up, using a popular search engine operating system, was probably the best feature. I have encountered many headaches and frustrations using other brand name printers, in regards to compatibility. This all in one printer, will serve most very well, the printer is not overly large, and looks great. The inclusion of a printer to cpu cord,would have been great, but that may be standard practice, with printer manufacturers, pushing cloud print features. While set up was easy for myself, the physical instructions were not in depth. If you do not have previous experience setting up cloud printers, a quick web search for assistance might be in order. Overall, I am happy to have had the opportunity to use this printer, it suits my needs very well, as I am an individual that needs the mobility of cloud printing, with a printer capable of handling print jobs, for work and school. I would recommend this printer to anyone in need of the same. While I do prefer color printing capabilities, I have not encountered any negatives with the printer, and would happily recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDarleanG from Great PrinterThis is my review for the Lexmark MB 2338 adw all-in-one printer. The printer arrived well packaged, everything included. There is a CD included as well as setup instructions. This has a nice weight to it, feels and looks durable. The size is not too big and can easily fit into any office. It takes about 15 minutes to remove all the tape, clips and packaging used to keep this safe. I want to mention first that the toner cartridge is easily accessible; it’s on the right side and no need to move anything to access it. The paper tray pulls out easily and is well built, not thin plastic like others I have used. It accepts various sizes of paper and envelopes. It holds 100 pages which is plenty for my use. Once you turn it on, you insert the CD, install the software and use the color LCD screen to finish setup and make adjustments. I did connect this via a Ethernet cable at first and then also wirelessly to laptops. There isn’t that much of a speed difference to say one is better than the other. I’ve now printed scanned and copied more than 2,000 pages and never one paper jam. That alone is a huge plus for me. The paper is always pulled in evenly no matter what task you are performing. This unit has a built in multi-core processor and 1 gigabyte of memory. This is what makes the printer quick, reliable and precise. The print quality and speed are one of the best I have seen. The fax is quick and I don’t use one that often, but it worked good without any problems. This printer uses a built in security system that ensures your information is safe, no matter how you use it. You also can print though Airprint, Google Cloud print, and their mobile print. I do prefer the larger buttons and the color LCD screen, so nice not to need to squint so operate this when standing at the printer. The printer warms up quick and your printing starts quick, not much lag time at all, very impressive. The printer is not noisy, can barely hear it working. This does have duplex printing which saves you money on paper. I found this to work flawlessly which not many brands do. Never experienced a paper jam with this, which is rare with a duplex printer. Overall this is a well built, cost saving and durable all in one. It is a nice compact size yet delivers all you could want from an office all in one. It is Energy Star rated, uses recycled materials and saves on printing costs, so is environmentally friendly.

Many hours were spent on the phone with various branches of your company attempting to get documentation to install the printer-all attempts were to no avail. People were quick to offer me services for additional cost which I refused to pay because as a customer buying a new product I should not have to pay for additional help for items that should have been supplied originally. I was promised info relative to this printer by a gentleman who identified himself as being in customer engineering but to date nothing has been received. My only words to other potential buyers is this may be a good product but customer service is non-existent.
