All within 60 seconds!My LIFEPROOF Case had seen better days but my iPhone came out perfectly unscathed! Looked like I had just taken it from its box ~ BRAND NEW!FYI~ Please make other colors for the iPhone PLUS versions! The colors you have added are so-so but not up to par compared to the vibrant colors that are available for the iPhone 5 series! I mangled my bright pink case with my car but loved the colors so much I already had a replacement ready ~ the bright green! Great colors I'd like to be able to purchase for my 6 Plus! Just a thought....Thank you LIFEPROOF!

My phone fits nice and securely, but the only problem I have is when I speak to people, they say they can't hear me clearly. The other problem was that the ring that is suppose to fit in the back of the case came out. It was hard to fit back in, but I finally got it to stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Customer Service!I just got this case in the mail today. I purchased the sunset pink color. First off, it is SO cute, thin, and practical. When I snapped it on, I realized that one corner didn't seal quite like all the rest potentially causing it not to be fully water proof. Since I love the case and spent nearly $100 on it after taxes, I figured I'd call customer support and inquire about possibly sending it back and getting a replacement. The guy I spoke to was so nice, and made the process exceptionally easy for me. Long story short, my replacement is being sent to me via express shipping. I'm not one to post reviews but this one is well-deserved! Amazing customer service... Lifeproof will be my go to phone case brand from here on!

Me and my husband both got them and both our phones sound like we are talking through tunnels. Being a mother i make doctors appointments pay bills, deal with atleast 35 phone calls a day and this is ridiculous when i have to get transferred to someone else at the doctors office because they cant hear me through my phone. i love lifeproof and they used to send our cases for free now we have to pay for a new case skeptical if i want to spend anymore money into the phone or throw in the towel on this one....

Even falling out of my pocket from the back of a horse, or getting bumped around when the horses play or jump do not phase it.Through the Fre case with it's window lens my phone takes great video, to show the riders what they are doing, pics to send to the folks back home, answers the messages, calls the veterinarian and everything else we need without a scratch, screech or fear of drowning in a water bucket.The colors are distinctive, the case fits like a glove and even this giant phone still fits in my pocket encased in the Fre. I depend on my phone for the well-being of my students and horses and the Fre case keeps it in good shape while looking good, too.

Wish there was an option to have a access door to open for the mic for when you want high-quality recording and unobstructed playback. I would still buy Lifeproof for the waterproof and protection and hope to see improvements in audio!

I skipped it for my iPhone 6, and just recently accidentally dunked that one in the pool after 2 years. Needless to say it was time for a new phone and a life proof this time around, and it works excellently! Hopefully this is the end of my phone drownings, but if not, at least I know I am protected!

The one main thing is that the case is so shut out that it's hard to hear the people calling you and vise versa. It gets hot, cold , wet and dusty (im a tree surgeon) . They have even protected my phone from big falls from the tree (40 foot plus) and a brush with some hedge cutters . That was the iphone 4s - when i wanted a new phone i chose it based on wether or not i could get a life proof case . Got a 6s plus and i know that will last another four years!

I was on a ladder fueling an airplane that the wing as 10 foot off the ground and my pervious FRE case for the iPhone 5s fell off the wing that housed my 5s for a flashlight. It protected my phone flawlessly after the numerous of jumps it took once it hit the ground. Then after that it feel out of my pocket and into a tub of jet fuel. I took it out and cleaned the case off and the phone was intact and in perfect condition. I will spend 100 for a case versus 700 for a new phone.

I work in a blue stone shop and we cut with water and can be very dusty at times. I had trouble with dust getting between the screen of the phone and the case. Since purchasing the fre case from lifeproof I haven't had any trouble with dust getting to the phone and I don't have to worry about dropping it in water either. This case isn't as bulky as the otter box which is nice while operating equipment it makes it easier to maneuver. I will definately be a lifeproof customer for years to come.

Luckily I haven't dropped it since I had it replace 2 weeks ago. I like that I can put it close to the water to time my swims but some people I have talked to on the phone said it sounds like I am mumbling when I talk. So I do have to talk a bit louder now and my finger print sometimes won't recognize now that I have the case on. But I would buy another as long as it protects the phone. I would really like a life proof case with a sugar skull on it!

To add to the fact that it has a wonderfully clear screen, all my phone's functions work great including the finger ID feature. Getting to the title of my review, my phone and case are subjected to an environment of oil, grease, diesel, other various kinds of chemicals and certainly the outdoor elements throughout the day as I work in a mechanic like setting. The case handles everything beautifully. It's been dropped in the snow, in puddles of water, spattered and sprayed with various chemicals and still maintains integrity, screen clarity and it's watertight seal

It worked great until around May when the power port had some issues with getting loose but Lifeproof replaced it, no questions asked. Amazing customer service! No issues with people hearing me. This week while entering the elevator on the second floor I accidently dropped my phone and watched in disbelief as it disappeared through the doorway transom and fell three floors down the shaft ending in the building's basement elevator pit. I was able to get the elevator doors opened in the basement and there was my phone. Fingers crossed I retrieved the phone and unbelievably the case and phone were undamaged, other than some minor scrapes on the case.Worth every penny!!!

Unlike many reviewers who mountain bike or camp, I work in an office and just happen to be very clumsy. There's also the fact that I attend many professional soccer games, so having my shiny get destroyed by myself or the elements is not a happy idea.This case solves all of that. I'm absolutely in love with the Sunset Pink that was just released, and I love the peace of mind that comes from knowing my expensive shiny is safe no matter what. I admit that I wasn't a big fan of previous versions of Lifeproof cases, but the redesign that was done for the 6s plus is spot on. The only gripe that I have about the case is that there is no actual belt clip for the case. The one that is avaliable does not meet the needs of the law enforcement community. Other than this gripe this is a solid case and I would recommend it.

It is easy to wipe down and keeps the crumbs and water away from openings in my phone that would hurt the phone. I really recommend this case to anyone no matter if you have young kids, older kids or no kids at all, and no matter the job. This case is the best I have ever had. In my opinion it is better than an otter case too.

I had been waiting for the Fre case as I like the built in screen protector. Having just taking a 5s out of a Fre case after two years and there wasn't a scratch on it. I think the 6 plus Fre was designed with the 6s plus in mind as I believe it is slightly thicker therefore the regular 6plus has a little play inside. Other than hat great case, I've always used life proof cases and they are yet to let me down.

Called in and got a great response from support, sent me a replacement right away, only to have the same problem. I need my phone for work and drive for a living, but simply can not hear with either the Fre or the Nuud.....so I guess I am out 180.00 and going back to the otter box. Not the friendly support group problem, just do not make a waterproof product that can be easily heard through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than they used to be!I would have given this 5 stars if I could hear better. The case is cute, much thinner than what I usually have on here. I like the thinner case. Makes it easier to hold with small hands. I've not had a chance to see if it's truly waterproof yet, thankfully. I'm sure it is though. I'm a complete clutz. I've dropped so many phones in the sink or my dogs water bowl and even knocked over drinks on them that it's not even funny. So I have peace of mind knowing this case is on there and I won't have to buy yet another phone.

After running it over with the car twice, I finally found it. My phone was perfect, looked as new as it did when I placed it in the case and worked just as well. I will forever use lifeproof!

The easy fix is that I can use a cleaning wipe or magic eraser to clean it off. I love the texture of the back of the phone, kind of wish it was on the front as well (around the edges).

I then submerged it for thirty minutes as recommended and the paper stayed completely dry. I then installed it on my phone and it fits great. I get an occasional rainbow spot in the middle of the screen but a little squeeze on the sides makes it go away. I bought this to use with my handlebar mount on my motorcycle but I like it so much it will be a permanent attachment for my phone.

The phone when through the whole wash cycle. When I went to get the laundry into the dryer I found the phone in perfect working order and very clean!! Thanks lifeproof!!!!I have had my case for a year now!!! Great investment!!

(Its VegasProofI just recently got this cover, thanks to a representative that walked in my job one day, when she gave a Code to get a free Lifeproof cover. As I stated in the title. I just recently went on a trip to Las Vegas. Where my phone sustained several falls, various dips in the pool, and intense heat. Not once did my phone get wet, or turned off because the phone was too hot. Overall an excellent cover and worth every penny. Looking forward for future products.

It's in the kitchen with me (and I'm in there a-LOT). It goes to the pool and takes great underwater video. And the few times my phone has become the victim to gravity, it has fared perfectly!

I have been particularly careful with this element but it has not made a difference. The rest of the case meets all other promises made by the manufacturer. I would like to see this element improved.

Also the sync door clips use to break on the 6 plus case that is fixed. So I am loving this case I have a quick release armband that I just everyday walking my dog in the rain snow what ever the weather is. I recommend this case

When you talk to someone on the phone you can't hear them and they can't hear you. I have to open up the charge port for them to hear me somewhat. Other than that issue I absolutely love lifeproof cases and refer everyone to buy them, warning them of the issue I have.

Case isn't waterproof now due to wear and tear.My new Fre case for the iPhone 6S Plus has been great so far. This phone is big, I mean big. From my past experiences with Lifeproof cases it should take all the knocks and bumps and the occasional immersion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Insisted on LifeproofWhen I bought my wife her iphone 6s plus she insisted on a lifeproof case because we had such good experience on our 5 and 5s' The store told me the Nuud for a 6 plus would fit a 6s plus... it didn't allow us to hear or people to hear us. We took it back and found a store that had a Fre for a 6s plus. It's the same as the 6 plus but we are happy talking and listening on it. It's not perfect but it's the best case we could find to withstand the elements.
