Software is Windows 7 only
The software for the camera is for Windows 7. I had called the sales line before the purchase specifically to inquire about using the zoom function. I was assured it would work on Windows 10. When I called tech support for help they explained that the camera software is for Windows 7. No software. No zoom. I returned it and am still awaiting my credit from Dell. It may be a good camera, but it did not solve my problem despite the promises.

Excellent product
Great camera for online teaching. The automatic adjustment of color and clarity functions is excellent.
