NDSsi ScaleOR, VGA Input, W/ Fiber

The NDSsi ScaleOR product introduces a medical grade video format and output scaling appliance for use in the surgical and general healthcare environments. The FDA Class I certification allows for use of the ScaleOR in locations that have stringent electrical safety requirements such as the surgical operating room and other similarly restricted locations. This universal device supports a unique modular design that provides the user with the flexibility to choose the appropriate input module per their needs to accommodate either analog or digital signal conversions and scaling. The available input modules are 1- DVI, 2- HDSDI, 3- VGA/RGB/RGBS, and, 4- S-video/ Composite video input cards. These modules are interchangeable on the rear of the ScaleOR and are automatically detected by the base unit for the incoming video type. The input video is then converted and scaled for up to three simultaneous outputs for the purpose of being compatible with any high definition monitor or other HD video equipment. The available output formats are (3G)SDI, DVI and DVI over single fiber. The scaled output format is selectable by the user by either using a dip-switch setting or by using the on-screen-display menu (OSD). From the OSD menu advanced features such as RGB color, brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, zoom, and scaling settings all can be accessed and determined by the user as well.
