Exceeds the previous screen protector by far!
I’ve always had an otter box for every smart phone and swear by them. Never a cracked screen or chipped phone. I didn’t realize I was ordering this screen protector. I honestly thought I was getting the same thin clear sticker as in the past. This cover is easier to clean and remove finger prints and it just feels better to the touch.

I bought this product and although I slightly struggle to put it on it now sit it perfectly on my phone and I feel my phone is so protected. I feel so secure with The warranty it has and I know my phone won’t be scratched. This is the best screen protector I’ve ever bought. I have an Otterbox for my iPhone 5 both purchased in June 2014. Through the 6 years my Otterbox never failed me. When I removed the iPhone 5 from the Otterbox it looked & functioned like brand new. As a result when I purchased my iPhone 11 a few weeks ago I knew the only optioned for me was Otterbox. I must admit was was surprised that I had to buy the case & glass separately but well worth the cost.

I do not know why they are making screen protectors that don’t cover the entire screen. The huge gaps between my protector and case get dirty, and there have already been particles getting under the protector’s edge. It is bad enough that OtterBox’s now cost double when you have to buy the additional screen protector, but now they don’t even protect the entire screen. Basically a $100 set up with less protection. This will be my last OtterBox after being a loyal customer for years.

It’s a shame that the glass doesn’t cover the totality of the screen, it miss around 2mm all around the screen of the phone so the duster can go between these spaces.

Bought the alpha glass with my new phone cover. Despite cleaning my brand new phone before fitting it. It still has bubble ms in it. One in the key pad part and One to the side. Would get it fitted in shop next time.

Screen protector issues
I bought this and recieved it a few days ago, it came with no issues but when applying the screen, it already had finger marks and specs of lint/dirt stuck to the sticky side of the screen protector.. I can't contact customer service because of COVID but I'd say I'm very disappointed. When the screen is black, you can see the specs under the screen protector that I was unable to get off for my brand new IPhone 11. It was expensive and I expected it to be in great condition. I'm very disappointed.

Really high quality product
This arrived a week ago for my iPhone 11 and I am really impressed with it. When I was waiting for it to arrive I wasn’t convinced it was worth the money but now it’s here I’m really happy that I got it. It was incredibly easy to install with a tool that helps you set it up properly. It is really sturdy and the best option I have seen for protecting a phone screen. It’s definitely worth the investment for a pricey phone.

Love the changeable pop-up
Bought this a few weeks ago. Love the pop-up. It’s very secure and doesn’t fall off. The grape case is a nice color option. And I know my new phone is safe! I had s as n otter box on my old phone and i dropped it so many times I cracked the case and the screen protector on at leas three occasions . Otter box replaced them instantly. Customer service can’t be beat!

I bought the Otterbox screen protector and a clear case for my son's new iPhone. I've been using Otterbox products for many years now on all of our phones and they provide excellent protection to these expensive devices. You only have to replace a broken phone one time to appreciate the value that Otterbox protection brings to your devices. The online purchase was easy. My only problem was with the time it took for the standard delivery, which was nearly 2 weeks. Overall, a good product, though.

Top quality phone case
This is the 3rd Otterbox iPhone case I have owned. I don’t consider myself hard on case but do utilize the belt carrier daily. I have had several holders break at the point that clips to secure the phone. Otterbox has provided no cost replacements but apparently has not improved the design or plastic constriction as my new case and carrier appear to be identical in material. I bought the $$ glass cover because Otterbox stopped sending a protective cover with the $$ case. Great product overall but considering the expense, R&D should continue to develop the plastic holster material.

Second one purchased-not amazing
This is the second one I have bought for my iPhone 11 since October. Despite following all instructions, there is still some of it not sticking at the top and this was the reason I decided to but a second not as the first one did the same but I thought that it was my fault, that perhaps I had put it on wrong. Very expensive for it not to be right. I could have bought different brand for 10 euro in my local phone shop.

So unbelievably easy to install!
I bought this for my new phone and was amazed at how easy it was to install! It came with a guide that fits over the phone to ensure it is straight and everything you need to make it dust free, I’ve never successfully installed a screen protector without getting at least one bubble. And so far it’s super tough too! I’m really pleased and would definitely spend the money to buy another, it’s 100% worth it

Purchased two and both times didn’t work
Purchased one and the cloth that came with left dust on the screen so the glass got dirty and had to buy another one. Second one the same thing happened so I used the dust sticker and that left dirt on the screen that the glass didn’t sit right.. love the cases but not a big fan of the screen protectors

Taking into account the present corona situation I purchased a case from otter box on the website info - to receive the item - up to 8 working days - Iam now well over that and otter box response has been be prepared to wait up to 4 months !!! Disgraceful

It has already saved my phone.

Great screen and phone protector
I bought the screen protector and case for my new iPhone 11. I wanted a clear one as the phones red so I could see the colour. The case it’s self is pretty boring but I deliberately chose it to protect not look pretty. I haven’t tested it yet as I’m clumsy enough as it is! Delivery is a little slow. But all in all I’m pleased as long as it does the job!

Definitely withstands more knocks and scratches then a cheaper glass protector. Doesn't go edge to edge so the next one I buy I'll make sure it does. Just disappointed that it cost £5 for delivery and It was delivered 9 days after it dispatched. Wouldn't purchase from otter box direct again.

I'm clumsy. Like REALLY clumsy. I have always used Otterbox cases for my iPhones, going back to the caveman days of the first iPhone. I've dropped them in the parking lot an infinite number of times. The case looks like I took it to war, but not a speck of damage to the phone or its glass. Totally worth it every time! And, now I'm making my clutzy kids use them for their electronics, too.

First off, this is so easy to put on the phone. There’s not a single bubble or piece of lint under the glass, and it keeps my phone screen extremely clear. I love it. Secondly, I’ve used otterbox in general for ages, and I’ve had babies chewing on my phone, throwing it around (even down stairs), etc... and even the screen has never broken. Eventually the glass will start like peeling off, though. But then you just send for a new one, problem solved. Again, very extremely worth having to protect your phone, which is much harder and more expensive to replace.

Alpha Glass Screen Protector for iPhone XR
I bought this screen protector just after Christmas for my new iPhone XR. I'm really happy with it, would never know there was a protector on it. It doesn't smudge as easily as the previous plastic type protectors. I love how there are no bubbles on the screen and how easy it was to put on. I have not had an incident of dropping my phone, as of yet, so cannot say how it would stand up but assuming it would protect the phone. I recommend this product to others.

Very disappointed in this item. After only 7 days of use, the screen protector cracked without incident (I.e. did not drop phone, did not expose phone to extreme temperature). Product was very expensive but I decided to purchase based on the existing reviews. I even tried submitting a request for a replacement and received the message that “this product was discontinued.”

The glass is super easy to install with zero bubbles. However, I’m surprised that it doesn’t fully cover the entire phone screen (iPhone XR, which does two things: 1) Lets lint get stuck to the outer edge of glass 2) Leaves outer portion of screen unprotected.

I just installed the alpha glass and it was a breeze! I like that it came with a guide tool so I could align the glass on my phone properly. I haven’t dropped my phone yet so I’ll have to wait and see how well it protects the screen, but it’s definitely thicker than other screen protectors I’ve had so I’m hopeful.

I’ve always had defenders. With Alpha Glass the Pursuit works just as well. The Alpha Glass is sharp and clear and works very well to protect. Actually on my Defender the over screen would move and not look as clear. I really like this screen protector better.

Great screen
This is my third or fourth alpha glass otter box screen and they are the best. You can barely tell it’s there and I haven’t had problems with it cracking. The Verizon store put on some (not otterbox) screen when I first got the phone and the first time I put it in my pocket and it was chipped and cracked. I made the switch over as fast as possible to the Alpha glass and haven’t had a problem since.

I usually get an Otterbox Commuter case. I decided to do something different. I decided on a clear case and wanted slim. This case fits great. I feel my phone is secure and protected. Combined with Alpha Glass, I feel my phone is as protected as ever.

Protects screen well
Screen protectors should be included with case. I had case for my 5S for years...with very adequate plastic screen protector. Never had problem with it...frequently dropped phone, nothing cracked. Now I have to buy case then buy protector. Royal Pain. Otter needs to return to INCLUDING protectors with case. Money making operation the way it is. Annoying.

Hard to apply, bubbles won’t go away
There’s a permanent 4mm bubble at the edge of my screen. Since it’s at the edge, I assume the adhesive isn’t quite working in that spot.

I bought this product less than a month ago and the glass has already cracked. My phone is brand new so I’ve been very careful with it yet I noticed the glass has chipped along the side. I feel this chip takes away from the appearance of the phone and the product doesn’t appear to be durable at all.

Disappointed with cover
I bought the cover since the outer box no longer has a built in plastic protection shield. I have found the new design to be very disappointing since I am getting less protection for twice the price of the old design. The protective cover does not fully cover the screen, leaving the edges open allowing dirt and other contaminants to get under the screen. I will not be buying this cover combination again unless they return to the one piece cover and protective box design. I gave 3 stars because the outer shell has done its job.

Alpha Glass rocks! The original screen protector we got from AT&T store for the iphone XR was expensive, black ice edition, and did not last very long. Very disappointing. So I purchased the Alpha glass for the wife’s XR and fit was perfect. Looks great, works great, feels great, and was much better quality than most I’ve seen, including black ice brand.
I have Aplha glass on both X and XR Iphones and very happy I chose the Alpha Glass.

I bought this for mine and my partners new phones. The fitting was made so much easier than other products we’ve had because of the included plastic guide, which ensured that you fitted the protector in exactly the right place. So far it’s been great, no scratches, no finger prints, allows face recognition etc and no loss of clarity of the phone screen. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to others.

I got a new iPhone XR, so got a new defender case to go with it.
No screen cover on those now, so I ordered this Alpha Glass screen cover.
I had it on my phone for literally 2 days and it chipped on an edge and cracked.
It does not go all the way to the edges of the screen and there’s a small gap between it and my Defender case edges.
Of cours Otter sent me out a new one no problem, they’re great that way, but y’know for all the $$ I spent on my case and this screen cover, I expected way better performance.
I have used defender cases on every iPhone I’ve ever owned, and they really do the job.
Otter is great at standing behind their products but this cover is overpriced for the quality.
I hope the replacement lasts longer than 2 days.

Purchased a new otter box case for my new i phone XR. People complaining that that they could not hear me properly, muffled voice, sounds like talking in a box. Quickly discovered that the microphones on my phone were coved by the case. Obviously a design issue.

My phones have always had Otter box covers. With that being said like everyone else I often have my clumsy moments where my phone gets knocked around and dropped, and I have yet to have a devise get damaged, and I have even had a phone bounce off the back of a truck doing 60 MPH down a back country road, cause I was a dumb dumb and forgot it on the back of my truck. Luckily I was able to back track and find the phone in a ditch, the phone spent a week in a bag of rice because it landed in a small puddle, but the phone physically was not damaged. The cases plastic shell had a crack, but I was able to continue to use the case and phone up to my next up grade. my new devise is a iPhone XR and this is my first case with a seperate screen protect, but so far all is great. I have only had it a month, but from past experiences I’m sure the Otter box will provide high quality until my next phone. By the way, my last otter box did its time on two phones, so basically that was about 5 years of heavy use, and I’m a field mechanic for a heavy equipment dealer, which means I get into a lot of nasty places.

Ever since my first iPhone 6 Plus, OtterBox defender has defended (protected my phone! Now that I have the iPhoneXR, It’s a costly investment! So I might as well protected with the best! My friend say it’s bulky, but I would much rather have bulky and than broke! It’s only bulky the first day and all iPhones are slick & slippery! But with my defender case it takes care of that with a non-slick surface. I recommend it to anyone with an iPhone or any phone for that matter!

Not nearly as easy to apply as it is advertised.
Got a brand new phone. Wanted to show off the phone along with having a sleek design for the case. However the case does not protect the screen. I bought the alpha glass purely based on the fact that I wanted something to protect my screen. I have the new iPhone XR, first, it does not fit the screen fully. But the “ease” of peeling it off of its carrying plastic and applying it to the phone. It’s actually more difficult than one would think.
I cleaned my brand new phone with the alcohol wipe that was provided. I used the soft cloth to ensure that the phone was dry. I placed the guide on the phone, peeled the alpha glass from the plastic, and carefully stuck it to my new phone. Bubbles everywhere. So, I tried pushing them out, not working. So, I had to peel it off of my phone, clean the alpha glass from the 2 centimeters it took to go from the plastic to my phone. Then one spec of dirt got on the side of the alpha glass. I wasn’t going for round two.
The protection is great. Very responsive as if there were no protector. The view is as clear (minus that spec of dirt) as if there were no protection. But application of this thing. Apparently you need professional installation if you want it done right.

Still miss the protective clear side for the screen. I purchased the separate screen protector but it looked like a pain to put on - I hate trying to deal with the bubbles. I just feel better knowing there’s something protecting my screen.
It looks great, almost unnoticeable.
There was a tiny piece of microfiber cloth included with the things for installation but no instructions on when and how it was supposed to be used. I can’t help but wonder if that is how I managed to get one piece of dirt under my screen when I applied it. It’s not terrible, but I can see the speck and I would love to fix it but am afraid to remove the protector and try.
Otherwise I am very happy with it. My husband wants to get one too now, after seeing mine.

I have been buying Defender cases with wife and son for 8 years every year. Now it comes screenless and you have to buy what amounts to is a cheap decal. How is this case water proof now with a screen decal that does not cover the screen? I’m done. Better brand with screen built in out there.

read the instructions and watch the video. Unlike other protectors I bought over the years which never sat well on the screen, had bubbles, etc. this one was nearly perfect. They give you all the 'tools' you need to apply Alpha Glass. I had 1, tiny speck on my screen because I was a bit too rushed but it looks great. Very pleased.

Less durable yet did protect my iPhone
I bought this screen protector about 2 weeks ago. Last night it chipped in 3 places and spiderwebbed in one place from being dropped on gravel from about waist high. I rated this product a 3 because while I did expect it to be as durable as my Zagg cover and not chip, it did prevent my iPhone XR screen from being damaged.

This is a great screen protector but it has a 2mm gap all the way round the phone screen when used with the Otterbox Defender case. The replacement sent was just the same. Then I was told that there is an edge to edge version, which might be superior glass, I don’t know, but costs twice as much !

Bought the class with a simple commuter case about 2 weeks ago to protect my new iPhone 11. The glass works excellently! It’s a good screen protector. Whilst my phone hasn’t suffered any major falls or knocks just yet, the protector is still in place a couple of weeks later and was super easy to apply thanks to the cleaning kit to remove finger prints and dust and the guide which helps you to fit the protector to your phone in the right place. This was really helpful because the protector doesn’t completely cover the phone screen so it would have looked really odd if applied wonky. Would recommend!

This could be made better. I have a screen protector glass for my iPhone SE, which cover the hole front side from edge to edge.

Looks great. Pop socket works wonderfully and stays in place. Haven’t dropped phone yet to test case but trust that Otterbox will keep it safe as it always has with my other cases.

Bought as wanted to keep the back visible of my XR but not wanting a smashed screen, good product but break to easy, phone slid of my cushioned sofa down and to another cushion and smashed the screen protector 3 days after buying it from a fall that would not have smashed the screen on my phone! Good product but overpriced wont be buying another

I got it for my son, he dropped his phone and it didn’t protect it. Now I think his phone is broke and afraid to remove case. Brand new iPhone 11. And they want me to pay shipping for a damage product?? I don’t think so.

Good purchase, bad installation on my part
Through operator error I was unable to properly install the protective glass properly. Although I followed the instructions some dust particles got between the screen and protector resulting in bubbles. I’ve used this protector before and found it to be excellent.

I like the actual choice I made in ‘decoration’ though I am finding it hard to use the buttons on the side. As whilst the case is tough the button functions are too. I also found the 10 day delay (2 Weekends inc Easter in getting to me a bit disappointing. Customer Services were very helpful so thank you.

I bought the screen protector together with the defender case. The case seems great quality as I expected having used an otterbox on my last Iphone. However the screen protector is disappointing, it’s been on for 10 days (Age of the phone)the phone has not been dropped or sat on, yet the screen protector has phone length cracks originating from the side. I don’t think this screen is compatible with the defender case as I’m sure the damage is from pressure of my fingers putting it in or removing it from the defender belt clip attachment.

Always loved this product
I have been an android user for the past 4 years. I purchased an otter box for that, to be honest I wasn’t happy with the fit to the Samsung. I have now switched to an iPhone and the otter box fits perfectly. I am very happy with the way it feels and the grip is phenomenal. I suggest this to anyone who owns an iPhone, not an android.

My Commuter series Otter Box for my IPhone XR fits perfectly. The color looks great and compliments the color of the phone. The Alpha glass was easy to install and works well, although I think it was a little pricey. I only wish the phone case was a little more “grippy” like my Defender series was for my other
iPhone. I still would recommend these products.

I've always had the glass protectors so when I uograded I knew I needed another one. I bought this along with the otter box symmetry. Great instructions and a guide to help just be careful to don't touch the underside as your applying now my upper right corner has a finger print on the underside.

corner broke off while installing it
I hate that it broke during installation. The corner where it broke will not stick to the screen. A permanent bubble exists that is extremely annoying. I am waiting to hear back from customer service, if I get a replacement I will be satisfied with this product.

This is the easiest to install screen protector ever! It appears to offer the best screen protection on the market. Also it eliminates the typical smudges and fingerprints you find with other screen protectors. It may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for! I have always used Otter Box Defender series that had screen protection built in.
I was a little disappointed when Otter discontinued having screen protection built into the case. This time I went with the Pursuit case and Alpha glass, Alpha glass was easy to install following video directions and seems to protect the screen. My only complaints price and that the glass does not go all the way to the edge of screen

I bought screen protectors for two XRs. First, why is this necessary? Before my purchase, I sent an email to Otterbox Customer Service asking why the Defender case isn't structured like others in it's class, with the screen protector built into the case itself. Our 6S+ cases were perfect and the cases that we just purchased for our kids new phones, the 8, were set up just as the 6-class. I got no reply.
When I purchased the XRs, I got the Defender cases and the Alpha Glass. Why make a single inclusive case if you can charge more for a two-piece, right? There are other case manufacturers who have enclosed cases like the older Defenders.
I applied both Alpha Glass protectors following the instructions. The alignment jig works very well. My phone went on much easier than I had anticipated. It sits perfectly and can't be seen unless you really scrutinize the phone.
Next, I applied my wife's protector. Same procedure, already applied mine without a problem but not this time. There was some kind of FOD, dirt, something on the bottom and, once it was applied, only partially adhered and was dirty. It was obvious from a few feet away that the protector wasn't working. I tried to remove and reapply it once, following the instructions. Same result. Looks like a 10 year old flimsy screen protector.
I sent an email to Customer Service. Again, no reply.
So, we achieved a 50 % success rate. I'm happy, my wife, not so much.

Bought this after purchasing clear “case” which illustration was deceptive appearing as a two piece case
When applying had difficulty removing some dust specs with enclosed sticky tape — had to remove and redo twice —still some remain—now top has slight gap that will not smooth out completely
Other than that looks like it will reduce smudges and wipes clean easily

Great cover, good directions on use. During the installation of the cover, the guide was used and yet the top of the cover remained off center, noticeable enough. Also, bubbles on each of the bottom covers appeared after installation and still haven't gone away.

I was so excited to get the alpha glass screen protector thinking that if i paid a little more for a good screen protector, then it would last longer. I have had it less than two weeks and it is already chipped on the side a little. I haven't dropped it or anything. I really like the smooth feel of the protector but am afraid the chip is going to get bigger and bigger. I also purchased the Symmetry clear stardust case and it already has scratches on the outside. Love the light weight feeling of the case but kind of sad that I paid so much for what I thought was going to better quality but really is just ok.

First protector shattered.
This one was more difficult to place on face of phone.
Major problem is that air gets under the protector and it has to be removed and placed again, sometimes with success and sometimes not! The result is remove and try to place again!

Rainbow Edges?
I bought the alpha glass to protect my screen and I used the guide. Everything laid down perfectly and I was so excited. After scanning Facebook and Instagram I noticed that I could see a rainbow effect on the edges of the alpha glass especially when I was on a white or brighter screen. It’s incredibly annoying since I know that I installed it perfectly. Same for my sons phone too. He has the same phone as I do but we have different cases. I have a otter box and he has a life-proof case. My case doesn’t meet the alpha glass. There is a small gap between the two. However, my sons case meets the alpha glass almost perfectly and he still gets a slight rainbow effect. It doesn’t bother him, but it’s getting on my nerves, haha. FYI, I LOVE my Built in PopSocket OtterBox Case. It’s the perfect case. I just wouldn’t recommend this particular screen protector. It needs work. I will probably end up doing more research and using something else in the near future for screen protection. I can’t speak to whether or not this screen protector would actually protect your screen if you dropped your phone. I’ve only had it a week. It seems sturdy enough, but again I just don’t know. It doesn’t interfere with how the touch screen works. I have a iPhone XR so there’s that. All in all though, it’s just not for me.

The cons of otter box are this alpha glass it was and is a turn in the wrong direction for the caliber of OtterBox products. Otterbox offers great protection for your new Apple XR phone as well as great aids to assist with attaching to your device. But I still had to peal the glass off and try a second time to get the bubbles out. Once attached, it looks great and gives great protection.

I bought this for my new iPhone XR and I like it so far. My only complaint is the glass is a little off center even after using the tool otter box provides. Only had it on phone for about a week so time will tell.

This was my 3rd purchase of this item and even after what appeared to be a perfect installation (no bubbles), in about 1 week a bubble started to appear on the left side of the camera slot (both times)!! On the first install, a bubble also started on the right side as well. Thinking it was maybe something I did, I purchase another package of the same screen protector and again the install was perfect and within a week a bubble started on the right hand side of the slot and is currently growing day by day!! Not happy!!

Glass Protector For Iphone XR
I bought the glass protector and was disappointed with the item. I installed as instructed by watching the You Tube Video. I was very careful to apply the glass protector to the phone, there were multiple imperfections visible after installing...
I waited 1 day to see they would go away and the imperfections were still there...So I carefully peeled off the protector cleaned again the screen and reapplied...The imperfections got worse...Yikes...
I took it off and threw it away...Junk
I am giving you guys another shot, I bought another protector - this one is supposed to go all the way to the edge of the phone...I am going to have one of out IT guys here at my office install it...Hopefully this one will install without issues...
my recommendation install once and leave it on - if removed your screwed. So far this item is not worth the money...

Always been using otter box and always very happy with it but it looks like not this time...

Good product hard to use
I received my alpha glass screen protector a few days ago now and overall am pleased with it. However putting it on my IPhone XR was absolute nightmare. The included tool they provide to line it up was not an exact fit so it was slightly off to one side. So I took it off and just used the notch on my phone to line it up and that worked much better, but in the 10 seconds that took I managed to get three hairs and some large specks of dust under the screen protector. So then I had to take it off again clean it and then put in back, but the same thing happened again. It was off center so I took it off to realign and when I finally got it center there was hair and stuff under it. So 10 tries later and I still have two small hairs and big messed up spot in the center of my screen from trying to clean it. But $40 is a lot to throw away so I’m doing my best to ignore them.

Brilliant protection
I am now on my second having tested the first by dropping my iPhone XR face down onto some rocks. The screen was completely smashed.. BUT.... when I lifted the protector off, the iPhone underneath was in perfect condition except for a tiny scratch that was in an area not covered by the protective glass in the first place, Amazing.

I’ve now bought covers for both iPhone X and XR. Neither fit my XR. They were the same size as each other and too small for my screen, not by a huge amount, but enough to be annoying.

The kit for installing it was super nifty. Great alignment. However it cracked later that same day. I have had my phone for 18mos and never had a screen issue and only bought this impulsively. Wish I hadn’t because it is weaker than the screen itself.

New phone-new otter box
I transitioned from an android to an iPhone. I’m rough on phones and drop the device about once per week. My old android was in an otter box for 3 years, never broke, never had an issue despite hard use. Knowing how expensive the iPhone was, I decided to stick with what works. Yes- it is big and no- my kids won’t let me clip it on my belt “ like you did with the last one” (guess it offended their sense of fashion. It still goes in the front pocket of my shorts where the pedometer does it’s thing. For those of us who are rough on equipment, this otter box stands up to my everyday abuse

I would never own an iPhone, or any cell phone, without having an Otter protection cover for it! I dropped my phone in the driveway with just an inexpensive plastic case on it years ago and my phone screen shattered! Just got a new phone recently -- and a new Otter case -- and cringed in fear when it fell out of my purse onto the asphalt of the parking lot I was in! I picked it up and while there were a few very small dings in the protective shield on the front, my new phone was in perfect condition. Thank you, Otter!

Product came with noticeable defect
I just received my new case and alpha glass screen protector in the mail today. I completely cleaned my phone as instructed, and when I was peeling the screen protector off from its backing, I immediately noticed an obvious marking on the sticky side. I doubled checked that it wasn’t hair and then assumed that maybe it would go away after application and smoothing everything out. The mark didn’t go away and it’s pretty noticeable when I’m using my phone. I love Otterbox products, so I was surprised to have an issue with the item immediately after opening.

After very little use (<3mo since purchase and no dropping, this screen protector cracked while my phone was in my pocket. Very disappointed with the quality and durability.
Previously, I’ve only had these crack when the phone was dropped on rocks or similar, but they at least protected the screen and served the sacrificial function as designed.
This shouldn’t break while in my pocket. I’ll be replacing it with a different brand.

I got this screen protector when I bought my new phone at Verizon and had to replace it within two months because it bubbled and then cracked down the middle. I’m super careful with my phone, I don’t have kiddos that play with it, and I don’t just throw it into my bag. A replacement was sent to me, it was easy to install, and both sides bubbled again within a week or two. I’ve been trying to just ignore it because I don’t want to fork out MORE money for a ANOTHER replacement for a product that just isn’t worth it. I’m going to have to spend a even more to get different screen protector because this one just doesn’t cut it. I’m so disappointed in a brand I’ve always trusted.

Otterbox....great protection
When I changed from iPhone 6 to my new iPhone 11, I has tried another case, not sure why (dumb and it was just too flimsy. My old phone used the OB case and screen protector for years and it was great. My new phone is now in a new OB cover with the Alpha screen protector! Its just a little big but I know that my new phone will be protected for its lifetime.

Bought this since the otterbox cases don't come with the protective fronts. Hate it. It's impossible to get on without something getting stuck under the glass, and impossible to clean. Can't get it on without bubbles showing up. It seems sturdy but more trouble than it's worth. Much preferred the plastic screen covers that came with the other otterbox cases.

My old iPhone 6s, my iPad, and my brand new iPhone 11 all are protected by an Otterbox. Protection is second to none. Worth paying the extra money..

Must be Genuine Otterbox
Very protective as well as pretty. I bought an off brand that was terrible. I couldn’t charge without taking part of cover off. This one is great & has pop socket I had never used before. My grandchildren love it because they often have my phone.

Best purchase that I can make for my phone
I bought this a month ago. I always use Otterbox because I am just totally rough on phones. I do not have to worry about my phone no matter how many times that I drop it.

Poor quality
The warranty screen protector I received only lasted 1 week before I randomly noticed a crack in the screen protector. I did not drop the phone. Ridiculous.

Strongest screen protector I have ever had.
I’ve had this a little over a month and so far I very happy with it. I tend to be clumsy and drop my phone a lot or it falls out of my pocket. So far it hasn’t even scratched. I think it has hit the ground 3 times and it’s still in tact.

LOVE IT!!
I bought the Disney Series (Donald Duck case and absolutely love it!!! The case is well constructed and sleek. It fits the XR and IPhone11. Donald's sass and attitude are captured beautifully.

Case is great, but the protector already cracked
This is the second Otterbox that I've bought. The last was for my iPhone 6s, and it lasted like a champ. I purchased the case for my new iPhone 11 on March 8. The case itself is great, much like the first one. However, the glass protector cracked at the top in the middle and the crack has worked its way down the protector. In less than a month??? Very disappointing, especially for a $39 protector.

Miss the old product.
Although I like the new type of screen, it’s disappointing it doesn’t cover the entire surface area. I see the advantage over the old style for keeping dust away from the phone screen but now the dust settles in the gaps.

Tough glass screen protector
With a hard shell case protecteur one must have the alpha glass screen protector. It prevented my screen from many breaks and scratches. Working in my garage on cars and things, many times it was dropped or banged. I eventually had to replace the glass protector and the screen was intact. I will always get this product for my phones.

Pricey but installation is easy and foolproof
I’m glad I spent the extra money for this kit, it includes everything you need for a fast and flawless installation. If you are a perfectionist like me you will not be disappointed with this kit

Worth the money!
This glass is thicker than the cheaper ones I've ordered, and is more responsive to touch. It adheres well and doesn't have air bubbles. It came with a great kit to align the glass correctly on the phone. It was well worth the money!

Alpha Otterbox iphone 11 glass screen protector
Just what my 17 year old teen needed. Always breaks his screen protectors . He's had it for 3 wks now. so far so good. It's cheaper than replacing a phone. Very sturdy.

Best for normal wear and tear
I break things. I don't mean to, but I do. I've had this screen protector for a week and broke it, so it doesn't really stand up to someone like me. If you're clumsy or put your phone through a lot, this screen protector may not be the best. But for a normal human being it would probably be great!

Life proof was not Otterbox!
Decided to try a Life Proof case this time after always having Otterbox. The LP case itself shattered after a few months of use. I have hand mobility and strength problems and drop my phone often. It was so slick i had stuck sensory buttons on it. Still didn't work. Got my new Otterbox like i should have gotten in the first place- happy with it as always. Lesson learned!

Saved my phone from certain doom!
Me, being a fool, set my phone on the rear window of my car while digging around in the trunk. I forgot it was there and slammed my trunk closed. Went to get into my car and realized I left my phone back there. Found it pinned between the trunk door and rear window. This screen protector was obliterated and splintered into pieces, but maintained its shape so shrapnel didn't go flying everywhere. When I removed the case my phone was untouched. In perfect condition. I am on my way to purchase a replacement.

Good Installation Experience
Relatively easy to install. Recommend using nitrile or equal gloves to prevent fingerprints. In dry climates, there's not much you can do to prevent static electricity from attracting dust particles. So, try not to be a perfectionist. Otherwise, the installation frame allowed glass to be perfectly aligned with my iPhone screen - which is pretty impressive in itself. Overall, good installation experience (use YouTube videos and arranged a mise en place of all parts to make the installation go a quickly as possible to minimize dust attraction). After installation, I had to spend time rubbing out the air bubbles, but if you keep at it they all can be removed. In normal use, the glass presents an attractive surface on the phones screen.
