Only a few bubbles at the edge which were easy to remove.

Fit is a bit large around the sides and the rubber surround part doesn’t seem to seat properly especially when cold. Very slippery when placed on most surfaces. All your buttons become very stiff. The case does seem very tough and does the job very well to protect the phone.

I have the Rose Oil color and within a week any dyes in any clothing or purse has rubbed off onto the sides and has stained the pink color. Additionally, the left side of the case doesn't fully snap shut making it squishy/squeky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good protection but feels cheap The case fits very well, however while gripping the phone tightly the case makes a clicking noise as if the 2 pieces are not well secured. It is very annoying to hear these noises as I’m trying to use my phone. The buttons are also somewhat hard to press & somewhat of a hassle to double press the power button. The case also does not have very much grip & I find that it slides out of my hand often & I have to readjust my grip. I have dropped my phone a couple of times, but the drops weren’t serious impacts & the case handled it well. Mainly I bought this case for the port protection but after getting it, it seems Badly designed, the way the port cover sits on the lighting adaptors & cables seems like it is applying force & pushing the connector sideways & I do not like that. The port cover also feels cheap & like it may break in a couple of months, however I have not had any issues with it in the 2 months I’ve had the case. Overall, the case is a decent case, you do get good protection but for the materials & the feel of the case, I wouldn’t not say the price is justified.

Not even like fine dust. Like the dust is like big!! Wow I want a refund, I spent $80 on a case so it would do its job. I would have bought some fake case if I didn’t want it to work. LifeProof do better next time on the 11 pro max, next case.

I have dropped my phone many times on hard concrete at there was not a mark on my phone or case. I currently have the 11 Pro Max and went with the Life proof NEXT case and love it they are still the best case around. The only thing I wish this case had was some kind of clip or holster that I could attach it to my belt phones today are too big to place in the pocket.

And when i put my case on it didn’t fit my phone perfectly, it was kinda off or had a defect or something. And also a few days of having it, the rubber part is already peeling off.

The case did add a little thickness to the phone but not to much to notice. The phone is large to be gone with and I have tiny hands. I like how it’s a double layer. Casemate used to be my go to and also otter box but I just don’t like the single layer for a case. I have no complaints about the case.

No clip to use and I had a different case from someone on eBay and the sides really didn’t stay closed so it was tuff to remove the case. I didn’t want to damage my phone. I did use the plastic thing, but what if I needed to get my phone out of the case I ave no clip to do so. (Not that I will need to. That’s my only complaint because I know the older phones came with one... (Wish I had saved). Other then that I love the case!

From a cosmetic standpoint it is beautiful, but from a functional standpoint there is much to be desired. Within 2 days after putting it on, I noticed there are cracks within the inside edges of the case. Also, the case does not properly seal. When I press on the case, I can hear a click and another click. Very disappointed with Lifeproof on this one.

It took for ever to receive but I kept telling myself that was worth it because the other life proof cases were that I have had. I think I should have read the description a little closer. The others had a front clear piece to protect the front face of the phone. It also made it water and dust proof. This I think is in my option a more attractive case but much less protective at a much more expensive price. But to there credit in the past the customer service has been first class and there products have been above reproach.

I have enjoyed the previous versions, but there was also a minor issue, like the guard at the bottom interferring with my ability to "swipe up" from the bottom, or the cover being so tight that it dampened the sound coming from the speakers (or even producing a slight echo. This case, on the other hand, has none of those problems. It feels durable and comfortable in my hands and is more compact than the other models. The fact it's clear also makes it easy to see the back of my phone (I bought it for the green color). This is the best Lifeproof case I've purchased!

Because it has a slippery surface and slides off of my lap, my car console or anywhere else I set it down. It needs a surface that will not allow it to slide so easily. I paid around $95 for it when I ordered it from Lifeproof website. I wish it performed as well as the $12 Spek case I had on my previous iPhone.

I can be clumsy and I’ve dropped my phone on the side walk, concrete floors, etc. and I’ve never cracked a screen or damaged anything. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Already?? I bought this case less than a month ago when i first saw put my phone in the case i saw there were stress marks but figured it was no big deal. I’ve dropped my phone once and it has a couple cracks in it already and the rubber part is peeling. I know phone cases aren’t indestructible but I guess I figured it would take a lot longer to crack considering price and the fact that it’s a life proof. My phone is alright so I have it a 3 star.

I am finding that they are getting somewhat cheaper than they used to be. I find the volume down button and main power button are hard to press but the up button is nice to press. Also the black rubber ring around the case has areas that should be stiff but you can press like it’s a button especially around the volume area. I still like the case and think the case can be improved.

For $80 I was expecting a little better quality considering I can get an off brand case much cheaper. If it were available i would have gotten the LifeProof fre model for $10 more. I have been a LifeProof customer for years and have always had good luck except for this case.

Disappointed that the surface is smooth and I was hoping for it to assist in being able to hold on to it but it is just as slippery as the phone surface. I do not like the access to the recharging port. It is hard to open far enough to accomplish the plug in. I do have hope that the corners will protect my phone if I drop it which is likely given how slippery the back is.

On the first ride out, the 3M sticker gave way less than 1km into the ride on my road bike. The adaptor stay on the BIKE + BAR MOUNT but the case had taken a beating on the tarmac. Stuck the case back on and seemed to be secure, but it continue to fall of 3 more times before decided to pocket the phone. bought after market HD double sided tape and reinstalled the adaptor and seem to be working well for now. Still considering if i should switch to Quad Lock specific case. That said, the Next case to protect to phone well and am happy with it

I might've just picked the wrong case. Color stains easier than any color I've ever had. And not too much of a fan of the covered charger port and the fact that it doesn't really protect the front of the screen that well. Other than that everything else was ok!

So I am not sure if I got the untested version but my plastic case wrap-around band seems/feels off-set and if I put pressure on the case edges with my hand there is an audible "squeak". It has not pop-out, and I hope it doesn't, but it does not feel as the same quality of the iPhone XS MAXX case I bought last year.

The opening for the switch to turn on/off the ringer is a small circular opening. When the case is on the phone, I cannot access the switch. I’ll have to wait for customer service to re-open to return the case or figure out if I can make it.

But the issue I have with it, not sure if it’s a dud or there all like it but the 2nd part of the case that wraps around the main piece is like it’s almost too big and doesn’t fit properly, it’s squishy. I’ve tried multiple times and pushing it on harder and harder ( which made no difference) and it’s still squishy and makes a noise every time I push a button it squeezes the other side as well.

I’ve used this case on several other of my phones because it really protects the phone. It was a great case and really protected my phones. Not sure about this one. I will be contacting Lifeproof to see if this is a common problem. I’m sure Lifeproof will take care of me. They always do. Great customer service!!!!

Felt good , sleek , and sturdy Everything I wanted in a case . Fast forward to a month later the sides of the case “flex” a little bit . I’m thinking because it has got a little loose from use . Then today I pull out my phone from my pocket and notice the rubber surrounding from around the case is starting to peel .... now you can usually expect this out of a cheap case and maybe one with not as big of name brand as life proof . For the price of this case this shouldn’t be a problem after a month of use . I really like the case maybe lifeproof will contact me and try to send me a replacement or resolve this issue . At this point 6 months I’m going to have to get another case from another brand .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s alright I bought this after looking at my friends iPhone XS Max case and I really liked it. But for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, this case doesn’t feel as nice as hers. It’s a little loose along the edges and this case scratches really easy. Dirt seems to get under the edges on the front of the screen a lot, whereas on my friends XS Max case they had a rubber seal to keep the dirt out. Personally, I feel like it’s not worth the $80 because it feels a bit cheaper than I would have liked.

I removed the Bumper sides first then the clear casing. I cleaned it and put everything back together just like the first time and the care no longer sits the same. The bumper piece doesn't sit well and I can see it and feel it as well. Would not recommend

Easy to access full screen width and height with hand, the cover doesn't inhibit you at all. Back is clear and glossy so you can put stickers on the case or popsocket and it doesn't fall off like matte finish plastics. Keeps snow and sand out of power and speakers.

I’ve given this case 4 stars instead of 5 because when dropped on the corner the case almost immediately cracks at the corner. The case doesn’t pop open every time, but it does often. Once the corner is cracked/broken it still protects the phone but it is much easier for the case to come up. I do love the light weight of the case, color options and screen-less case. They are always quick with responses and inquiries and very helpful when a warranty replacement is needed.

If you bend the screen protector at all while you are peeling off the adhesive you will crack it and it will spider web. I was able to get a replacement for a small fee but there isnt much flexibility with the protector so beware as it wont give much

I have installed 9 screen protectors in the past and have never had the trouble and frustration as I did with the Otter Box Alpha Glass. Considering it cost more than 3 times as much as competitor’s screen protectors you would think they could include a plastic alignment frame. I can not recommend this product.

This was the absolute worst install of a glass screen protector that I have ever experienced. It was confusing and caused me an immense amount of anxiety. The instructions are super confusing. I eventually got the screen protector on my iPad, but I have dust and air bubbles so it looks horrible. I’m pretty upset that I’m going to need to purchase a different product (different brand) after already spending the money for this one. I gave it one star because I think the screen protector itself is nice, if you can get it on without having to take a Valium to get through the process.

I had to try to align it where the home button was centered which left the edge of the iPad on either side slightly not covered. I have the ipad in an otterbox case so it's a non issue.
