Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install I just installed this screen protector. I am using this screen protector along with a OtterBox Symmetry Series Case. It works well with the case. I can use the fingerprint setting as well without issues. The screen looks crystal clear after the application. Since I'm using this product along with a case, I decided to apply the protector while the case was on to avoid having the case push the protector out of place once applied. It worked just as expected. The protector looks of great quality. I expect this product to last me for the life of the phone. My last phone lasted me for over 5 years until I received this new one as a birthday present. That old phone also had an Otter case and screen protector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wasted money It is no better than the screen protector that came on the phone. I followed the instructions exactly, and it doesn't stick to the screen along the edges. It also does not cover the entire screen like the standard cover did. $40 waste of money.

The screen protector separates a little at the top, but non-funtional cosmetic. I was afraid the screen protector sensitivity would not be good, but I was wrong it works great

Trying to protectect my phone the best i can i have samsung s10. i bought the defender pro case and this alpha screen protector and after i put the alpha screen on than the case on my brand new phone! With that where th case ends the screen protector is lifting on the edges because it not big enough for the case to keep under it and keep from lifting so there is dirt around the edges of screen protector. Makes me wish i would have bought a cheap screen protector if dirts going to get on the screen anyways. The screen needs to be a little bigger so it stays under the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It doesn't stay put I purchased this with the defender case and the bubbles up at the edges. It comes off and doesn't stay put. Talking on the phone makes it come off at the edges also. it doesn't appear to be the right size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a screen protector... Bought it with a case for my phone. Followed the prep instructions, and still got bubbles. Wasnt really intuitive to install. Plug the thing into the charging port, then line it up and clip it to the top of the phone...meh. Is it worth the $40 I spent on it? No way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as I had hoped I have a Galaxy S9 for my own use, and have an Alpha Flex on the screen that I am very happy with. Recently, I bought my son a Galxy S10, and of course immediately bought him an Otterbox Defender and an Alpha Flex screen protector. This weekend I struggled to get his phone set up. first, I had a very difficult time getting the Otterbox apart. I even managed to destroy my thumb knuckle doing it. I got it apart, and it seemed the phone did not quite fit - it was a struggle to get it in and to get the case snapped into place. But, the worst problem I had was the Alpha Flex would not adhere at the top. At first I thought it was the case pushing it up, but at this point, I am not sure. I spent a lot of time re-squeegeeing the screen protector, and just the top part, to make it lay flat and adhere, but no joy was to be had. He has the phone and will use it, but I am worried that the screen protector will peel off and leave his screen unprotected - which would be a bad thing! In case you think maybe I did not follow instructions, I did. I watched the online video first, then lined everything up, and made sure all the holes aligned and the piece that goes into the charging hole was pushed all the way in, so I do not think this is a case of user error. I still love my Otterbox, but in the case of my purchase for my son, not so much. I am disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed The Alpha glass for the S9 was great, but I'm seriously disappointed with the S10 version. It feels more like plastic than glass and although it lays flat without the case. As soon as I put the (otterbox) case on it, the cover bubbles horribly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good if you use with otterbox I bought this for my fiance phone, He actually had to cut the bottom a little because no matter what he did as soon as he put the defender otterbox case on the screen protector would pile up on the bottom!!! I figured since they were both otterbox brand we shouldn't have had this issue!!! Probably a great product if you just want the glass and not the case also!

I have installed the Flex Screen Protectors on multiple Samsung phones I have owned and have never had an issue until now. I followed the instructions to the letter but the protector would not adhere to the phone at the very top of the screen. There is about a 1/4 at the top that is raised and will not stick. For know I am using it as some protection is better that none but the front facing camera is useless as the adhesive is picking up lint and dirt around the opening for the camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best SP ever Love the look and feel. Cleans up nicely and really hides daily use finger oils. One thing though, the fingerprint scanner on my S10 does not work with this. I don't use it but I did test it and it tells me to "push harder" but it never records the fingerprint. Other than that it's awesome. Customer service is awesome as well. The store I got my S10 from screwed up the application. I called and explained what happened and CS rep Travis sent me out a replacement. Been using your products since I got my first S3 phone. I'll never use anything else.

I made sure the phone had been turned off several hours so it wouldn't be warm to assure adhering. I would prefer the glass version because I feel it would be stronger protection. But so far it works well. No problems with touch response, looks like there is nothing on the screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy application, easily coming off Unfortunately, I'm really dissapointed with the Alapha Glass. It was really easy to apply, instructions were perfect. Over the past two days the glue has become unstuck around all edges and mainly over the charging port. Plus the camera hole on the cover doesn't fit exactly around the camera lens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Recommended The screen protector does a great job of protecting the screen. However, it does not allow fingerprint use, and often prohibits other touch actions. Very frustrating. I've had to remove mine. Don't waste your money.

I just received my new case, screen protector and my car holder. Well worth the money, they have never disappointed me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I bought this to accompany my popsocket/otterbox case. I had already tried other screen protectors and they didn't work. I was assured by otterbox customer service that this screen protector was made to work with that case. I am so disappointed. This screen protector didn't work at all. I watched installation videos and read directions, etc. I made sure to do it correctly. It had so many bubbles that I could not get out, no matter how hard I tried. The touch function of my screen was reduced so much that I could barely use my phone. I couldn't use the fingerprint sensor to unlock it at all. And once my case was put back on, the screen protector started lifting off. I'm angry that I wasted all that money on something that is going to be tossed in the rubbish bin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The edges wont stay down. the corner came cracked, possibly due to shipping crushing it, the package came crushed. The edges wont stay layed down. But ive dropped it a few times already and no damage to the phone only my case and screen protector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Design I have purchased screen protectors from Otterbox before and loved them.Then I purchased a Galaxy S 10 and ordered a screen protector from Otterbox. I am currently waiting for protector # 3 as the other 2 haven't completely sealed and SHOW bubbles. I'm very desappointed in the product at this time. I have installed as per instructions but I beleive the quality has gone down hill. I will try # three but if it doesn't work I'M DONE WITH OTTERBOX !!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from issues been having trouble with the alpha flex. seems no matter what i do when fitting case it lifts the top of the screen protector up. it was suggested that i take it to an att store an have them try to install an fit case to phone ,but the same thing happened! contacted you guys again and am waiting on a complete replacement of the case an alpha flex? I feel that there is a bur of some kind on the case causing it to catch the screen protector and lifting it up at the top edge

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Preferred the Alpha Glass on S9 This version of the Alpha glass and it's application is very difficult compared to the Alpha glass for the S9. It is difficult to attach and when I put back my Defender on my phone it causes bubbles that cannot be removed. I am on my 2nd one and still have bubbles on the top corners. Otherwise a good product.

I wanted the Defender but it seemed like it wasn't available for the Samsung S 10 - 5G which has a bigger screen.

Im VERY picky about my screen protectors and i cant deal with a single bubble and i havent for the past 10 years. 45 minutes and 4 screen protectors later, i was unable to get a single 1 on with no bubbles around the camera and on the bottom. The regret is real.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of glass fails to adhere due to interference Overall, the glass works well. But my Defender case pushes down on the top portion so that it won't stay adhered. I followed the directions and used the alignment tool provided. I've installed this type of glass on other phones with different cases, but it seems like either the glass us just slightly too long, or the Defender case may not have taken installing a glass into account.

My original screen protector was not good anymore so I bought this screen protector. I followed the instructions very carefully and the finished product wasn't as great as I expected. The edges and corners have small bubbles, and didn't seal very well along the edges of the screen. This is the second one I have purchased and both did the same thing 1 galaxy s10plus and 1 galaxy s10. I have to keep going over it with the smoothing tool that was provided along with a credit card and still can't get and even seal.
