I bought 2 case for a tab A tablet 2019 and neither fit but I bought one from amazon and it fits perfectly, same size! and I can’t get anyone to do a return. Never had an issue before now with otterbox

Confused, frustrated and out almost $300.00
I accidentally ordered from the American site late venting shopping for protective gear for my childrens tablets, one is a Samsung galaxy tab A (2019 and one from( 2020) NEITHER FITS IN THE OTTERBOX OFFICAL Samsung 2020 LABELLED CASES, I could see if I had not paid attention to what I was ordering and it maybe could have made sense that one would not have fit- but both? Ugh. Worst idea ever. I live in very remote Canada and I really needed cases for my little ones tablets- ones we now have to use for school and I can’t afford to spend anymore money. Oh. Well, lessons learned I guess.

Great investment!!!!
When you buy a tablet, something worth a lot of money and you don't want to lose it. Now this being my second tablet case from otter box, but my 6th otter box including my cell phones, and another 4 cases for both of my daughters cell phones. I would recommend otter box to anyone. Well worth the purchase, instead of having to replace the screen or the tablet!!!!!!!!!

I love how Ottobox protects the device's, and still allows for the ear jack to be used.I also.love the stand plate that comes with it so it can stand on its sides for viewing the screen.
