Rated 5 out of 5 byBikeman from Recommend with a caveatIt's easy to use, and my phone is secure and accessible. But the holster jams frequently if it brushes against something, like when I sit down in a narrow chair. I finally figured out how to "unjam" it, but it took a while. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, I had lots of opportunities to figure that out.It finally did break, after a year and a half of regular use, and I did purchase another one. It seems to be the best on the market, but it should be better.

The only defect is the belt clamp spinal loosens up and then the ratchet doesn't keep the phone in one position. I also noticed a slightly thinner plastic than my original. Still love the product regardess.

I finally went to the Otter box web site and found exactly what I needed, and with a choice of colors. My phone already survived an evening in the rain, when I dropped it while chasing my geese.

Rated 5 out of 5 bysea to summit from I blame myself for the holster breakingI have broke the belt clip on two Defender Holsters, but I do not put the blame on a defect in the holster. I am a pressure washing contractor so I am very rough on my cell phone and holsters. I bang into things, I wade through bushes that catch on my cell phone, and my high pressure hoses often get up under my cell phone case. To replace the whole Defender case just to get a new holster would cost around $50.00. Thankfully, Otterbox offers the replacement holster for around $15 with free shipping. As rough as I am on things, I almost ordered two so I would have an extra backup.
