Rated 5 out of 5 byBrickstin from Great device but poor power systemI have had to purchase not one but two units in the last year, there is something definitely wrong with the charging voltage regulator inside the unit, after some time of usage the regulator fails while it is charging and then burns out the power circuit, over heats and overcharges the lithium battery inside along with the voltage regulator rendering the unit dead and inoperable. I strongly feel there should be a recall on these units or a redesign of this particular slim like model. I love this type of blue tooth because it is so small and easy to work with. The first one that I had overheated and still retained the circuit connection to the battery but was unable to charge it after it the power drained from the battery. The 2nd one overheated and burned out completely with out warning while on the charger. I am a verified customer and have receipts along with warranty and shall be RMAing the unit for repair/replacement.

I like that it automatically reconnects when I come back into the house instead of me having to do it. Fully charged it said talk time 11 hours. The most impressive feature, causing me to post, is the distance you can walk away from your phone. I was at work listening to I Heart Radio, left the phone at my desk. Walked through the break room and to the front of the office and realized it was still connected . My last earpiece would disconnect when I walked around the corner to make copies. Works great with my Samsung Note 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 byHugo d from Works with Nokia Lumia Icon (929I got this yesterday and was surprised to find that it does not connect to my android tablet running android kitkat nor my laptop running windows 8.1.it works perfectly with my Nokia Lumia Phone. But I got it for the phone so I'm ok with it. It did connect to my phone in a fraction of a second and the sound quality is pretty good. I downloaded the Plantronics app to my tablet, but it still won't find it.

I was initially attracted to it because of its great battery life, which I can attest to as it takes only an hour on average to fully charge from near depletion. However, the call quality is lacking on phone calls - the caller will go in and out frequently, no matter how close I am to the phone (sometimes I'm holding the phone in my hand and will still experience issues). I do not have this same problem when listening to audio. I contacted customer service to see if maybe this was an issue with this particular headset, but the replacement I received continue to have the same issues. While this technically works, it is not an acceptable substitute for my previous headset.

I had to keep switching ears on long drives. I wonder if plantronics has ever measured people's ear canals; I suspect that most people don't have round ear canal openings. I also found that people had trouble hearing me when I wore it in my left ear while driving at highway speeds (with window CLOSED, obviously) so the noise cancellation isn't as good as they claim.
