Rated 5 out of 5 byStopLosingSales from Love my plantronics headsets!OK, as much as I would like to give this 5 stars, I really can't for one main reason...I used to own another headset that had a ear loop and it was a bit larger. I can't remember the model number, but the one feature I loved was that the ear gel was kind of funnel-shaped and it really made it much easier to hear when there was a lot of ambient noise. While this headset is GREAT, I wish it had the funnel-shaped earpiece.I should also add that I am a person who can't wear earbud headphones because they simply will not stay in my ears. That was a major concern of mine when I bought this headset, but to my amazement, the design of the earpiece helps hold in in place without any problem. I am a soccer coach and I am quite active in general and it stays snug in my ear all the time. It is so comfortable that I have gotten in the shower with it probably close to a dozen times (and no issues with wather damage!)For the reivewer with the volume issues... um, how about controlling your bluetooth volume from your phone? I am using a LG G2 (I also use it with my Google Nexus tablet from time to time), and I just adjust my volume on my phone. I NEVER have to touch the volume on the headset.All that said - BUY IT! You will love it. Just please bring back my favorite ear gels _/\_

Great support from Plantronics though I don't want to be friends with customer support. My 3 rd and current unit (less than 2 months in service will have to go back soon. 2-3 x daily suddenly I can't hear caller but they hear me. Not acceptable. In all other areas I love the compact size, ear piece, length of charge. I just want it to work correctly.

I am very disappointed because I have learned to live by a Bluetooth because of the line of work that I am in. I need to be hands free, but productive at the same time. I thought this to be a reputable brand, and I chose it as well because I loved the design. I trusted I would be satisfied. Not the case

Initially I thought my network is not good, but then recipients of my call started mentioning that the call quality is very bad and said that they were able to hear me well when I switch back to my phone or wired headset. Good design, Easy to use but very disappointing when it comes to voice quality which should be the main feature for any bluetooth product.Note: I use iPhone on ATT network. So it is definitely not an issue with network or the phone.

Most bluetooth headsets fall out of my ear or are incredibly uncomfortable. This one is so comfortable that I don't even realize it is in my ear. I wish that it announced the name of the caller but I knew that at this price point, that was unlikely. My only complaint thus far is that I have to say "Answer" twice before it answers the call. Good price and particularly good comfort. I hope that it doesn't keep losing the connection.

Love the fact the I can leave my phone in my purse and still answer my calls. Just wish it would tell me who is calling in order to ignor or not. Love the reading of my text messages as well. But wish I could reply back threw the bluetooth. Love the fact that this will also play music and you can also hear all my games I play on my phone as well. Can now play my bingo games without disturbing anyone else and still b able to get all my phone calls as well. Absolute fantastic product. Love my Marque 2. Thank you.

I have an iphone4 and all messages and notifications cannot be heard because the headset mute them. If I need a silence mode, I can always use my iphone switch to mute. I need my headset switched on but all my sounds to be audible. How can I achive that? I don't want to keep it switched off and switch it on anytime that I have to respond because this can make me loose my attention, specially when I am driving. And I don't want to wear it on continuously, because makes my ear to be tired of this... I have lost many important messages because of it...
