Feels sturdier and operates longer than expected. I always have it with me and I am very happy with it. Highly recommend to anyone who values a good headset.

Use with Phone or Laptop is Fantastic. The ear tips could be better formed to fit in your hearing Channel! But this still is the best one ever! If a person is looking for a Great versatile Bluetooth this is the one! Volume Outstanding, Pairing & using setup application is Great! You can buy others but that's a waste of money! Buy The 5200 UC you'll not regret the investment if you use your Bluetooth very much! Buy the Best!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 byscott2006 from Won in a contest!I won this in a contest so I did not have to worry about spending money on it if I didn't like it. I have to say I would spend the money! It just works!The only issue I have is not with the headset, it is with the VoIP programs we use at work, we are a version behind the minimum compatible version, and they are not going to update just for me. It works great with my iPhone and skype so I cannot complain there! Overall great product!

After loosing that, I switched to the new 5200 and really love it, feature wise. The design is much cooler than the Legend, despite me having preferred a blue finish. Voice quality is great. Connectivity is great. Sometimes I have trouble when too many BT devices around and WLAN reception is bad (interference BT/WLAN). But switching of WLAN in these situations helps. I preferred the glossy box of the Legend, as it easier slips into jacket or trouser pockets and the new soft satin surface sort of "gets stuck" in your jeans... Else, great device and superior functionality. Besides: Plantronics customer services has been outstanding: small defects with two of my legend ones lead to full substitution within 24 hours! Advanced replacement...

My one complaint is that the talk time has started get shorter as time goes on and there doesn't appear to be a battery replacement service.

I have to say slightly less comfortable, but you barely notice that. However, the charging base (enclosure) doesn't work. It only charges when I plug it in to a charger using micro-usb. I think I have a defective unit. The connection between the headset and base isn't as solid and fault tolerant as the Legend was. Overall, I like the headset.

However, the device seems to be seriosly let down by its software. I can receive calls on the headset on my iphone but the second I try and make a call the bluetooth drops out, consistently. Often on Bkype for business calls I can hear but the mic doesn't work. It is a very frustrating device because of this as you're never sure what is working and what is not. So far unimpressed and if I don't see an improvement in the operation I'll be returning it as defective.

I've tried contacting tech support, but I get no response. I imagine there's probably an easy fix for this, but their support is non-existent. You buy it, you are on your own.
