Rated 5 out of 5 byLaverneO from Great bluetoothThis is my 4th. Plantronics has great customer service. Only issue why no 5-star, after long usage the flexible area around ear separates then you can see wire exposed. Wish they can come up with a durable design.

Rated 5 out of 5 byMansel Man from Best Class 2 Bluetooth Hands Free!I bought this and suddenly got to talk to family members on the drive home from work.Handy and I thoroughly recommend buying the charging case so you dont lose it!If your phone has class 2 better than buying a class 1 earpiece which only works with Iphone 7. Superb.

Love the ease of set up, comfortable to wear, excellent sound quality, and I like the prompts to incoming calls. I bought this one with the charger case, great with storing and easy charging. I use it daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 byALazarus from Want to like it, but too many gremlins, poor buildHave bought 3 units (so its not just a one-off) over 4yrs.Its lightweight, you hardly notice its there and the software smarts are excellent.What is not (and why you shouldnt buy it)- Build quality -100%. Its terrible. The mics WILL fail. Happened to me repeatedly on EVERY single unit. If people cannot hear you, there is no point in this product. PLT know this, but have made no effort to fix it. - Its just not loud enough. I keep turning up the vol when out and about, but traffic and ambient noise overwhelm the earpiece. How hard can it be to give this thing a nice loud sound? Its an in-ear piece!- The inability to switch b/w devices with the touch of a button is another killer. Most of us have more than 1 mobile phone nowadays (work and personal or whatever) and you have to hang up on one to take a call on the other. Dont buy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySA Frustrated from I hate the chargerI love the ear piece. I hate the charger. I work outdoors. I am always traveling. The magnetic charger does not stay connected to the ear piece securely enough. It falls off. The charger that comes with the ear piece was a little end piece connected to a string that connected to a charging chord. Dumb idea. Have gone through three chargers because the original one lost end piece because it disconnected from the chord and got lost. The other two chords I bought online fell apart. I will never buy another ear piece with this type of charger. Not worth the headaches and frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDave just me from Works pretty well, longevity so - soI like the product, but for the amount I use it, it should have lasted longer. First one, 1 year. Second one, 3 years. Third one, we'll see. Also having to update the firmware is inconvenient and it just quits when needed. No warning. But I do like using a hands free product.

The product does pretty much what it says it will do most of the time and that's all I care about. I've tried several other headsets but this one does what I need it to do. Thank you
