Rated 5 out of 5 byMary in from Broken key!Bought my Chromebook 3 11.6 two years ago and it has served me well. However, this week the number five key is no longer working. Due to the demands of school, I just ordered a new one because I can't wait to figure out if and how the key can be fixed, given that the number five is used in nearly everything I do - email accounts, my phone number, passwords, credit cards, even my school id!! My husband is convinced this is planned obsolescence and thinks I shouldn't Samsung by purhasing another one. BUT, I like it. So, hopefully my number works for longer this time.

I am pretty disappointed in the performance and the overall quality of materials. the Intel Celeron processor is dreadfully slow. Knowing what I know, I would have been much better served to buy a tablet. The old adage is true. "You get what you pay for."

I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an affordable and easy-to-use computer for schoolwork or browsing the internet. I don't recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high-speed gaming computer. Chromebooks are not the same as laptops, and can't download games or other applications that aren't found in the Play or Web Store. The only worrisome issue I have with this device is that it relies heavily on Adobe Flash, and Adobe Flash planned to be shut down in 2020. Might have to upgrade to a PC laptop by then. Other than that, this product is great!
