Rated 5 out of 5 byTN_Skier from Died in Less than 6 months!TV started powering off and would have to unplug it to reset and power on. This "solution" is not working any longer. The closest service center evidently to TN is in FL and the retailer (Best Buy said they can't do anything with it since it is in warranty still and it has to go through Samsung. What a joke of a customer service program. I guess if you want something reliable, buy a book!Customer Service is the only thing that consumers have left anymore, when we quit receiving that, why stay brand loyal???
