Rated 5 out of 5 byPatrickTheDisappointed from Black Screen.I bought this TV one year and four days ago. It has been nearly untouched in a guest bedroom. Used about 10 times total. Tonight the screen went black with no hope of turning back on. Sound still works, but no picture, which is pretty much the point of a TV. I am just stunned at how quickly this TV has failed. Meanwhile, my 11-year-old Vizio is still working like a champ. Just disappointed overall in this TV.

The only complaint is that the new smart tv sound is not in sync with the other Samsung tv's in the house, when connected to cable, and on the same channel. Has a slight echo effect. If watching same channel in different rooms have to turn sound off on one of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 byKaren from Excellent TVI bought this Samsung 3 weeks ago. This is my 4th Samsung TV over the years. The only thing that is wrong with this TV is the little "feet" that hold the TV up are not right. They are making the TV kind of fall forward and I have had to insert cardboard to prop them up. So scared the TV is going to fall forward.
