Solid unit, lacks ability to tilt monitors inward
At first glance this model seemed like a perfect fit for me. Affordable and all steel construction were a big selling point. This stand supports some pretty large monitors and a variety of sizes. Setup is fairly straightforward and easy and monitors can be adjusted vertically and horizontally.
The main drawback, one which I didn't think would matter until I began using it, is the fact that the mounting rail is straight and there is no way to tilt the monitors inward. If your monitors are smaller or if you sit further back from them, this may not be and issue for you. Due to the way that my desk is designed I sit 2 feet away from my 20" widescreen monitors. The outside edges are harder to see due to the viewing angle. The ability to tilt the monitors inward would be a great addition to this otherwise solid stand. Also, the monitors will stick out roughly a foot from the back of the stand. For me that meant jutting out 12 inches from the back of my cubicle and taking up desk space. Overall this unit is a very good value for the right situation.
