Have a small head so tend to find headphones slip off, these haven’t very comfortable to wear, no pressure pain around ears. Sound is amazing and considering price noise canceling feature is great. Fantastic headphones and price even better. Really worth trying,you get far more than inexpensive cost suggests.

Sound quality is good, the over ear cups and headband are comfortable and the cups give a good isolation of extraneous sounds.I expect the same Sony reliability.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTim_M from Very PleasedI bought these headphones to replace a very old pair of Sony noise cancelling headphones, specifically for up-coming long-haul air travel. I chose them because I trust Sony products (I have several). I have severe high frequency hearing loss. Headphones do not generally work well with hearing aids and I chose these because I could change the equalisation to allow me to use them without my hearing aids in. It worked well.The price point was right for me. There is no point in my buying top of the range headphones because of my hearing but these gave me a great sound (unlike many other headphones I tried). I have no doubt that the sound would be superb for those with good hearing.I would have liked a case but then the price would be higher. At least this way you have the option. Be careful if you buy an after-market case; these headphones are big and they need a big case!I tried the noise cancelling using powerful speakers playing aircraft cabin noise. It worked well. I could feel the table vibrating but I couldn't hear any noise at all. I think they will be even better than my old headphones in real use.I did not find the optional 'environment' surround processing at all useful. I'm afraid they all sounded terrible (to me). I'll just stick with reproducing what the recording engineer intended.Overall a very good product at a good price. You can pay a lot more and, perhaps, get better sound performance - I wouldn't be able to tell - and more features. These give me a delightful sound, look smart and I expect them to last as well a my other Sony products.
