Tripp Lite's 1800 watt (peak output) Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) system protects sensitive electronics, computer accessories and home theater equipment from power-related damage and performance problems. The LC1800 extends the useful life of connected equipment by providing optimum voltage conditions for enhanced efficiency and cooler internal operating temperatures. Reliable transformer-based voltage correction circuits maintain 120V nominal output during voltage fluctuations between 89 and 147V. Three levels of voltage stabilization offer targeted response for overvoltages, undervoltages and severe brownouts. Prevents equipment damage and power related performance problems for computer accessories, printers, home theater equipment, a/v components and other sensitive electronic devices. Network-grade AC surge and EMI/RFI noise suppression. Supports loads up to 1800 watts (peak output) or 1500 watts (continuous output), 15A maximum. Includes 6 AC outlets, 6 ft AC line cord and 7 diagnostic LEDs which display incoming voltage level, surge suppression status and line fault status.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Power Conditioner on the market! After having power outages, and realize that the emergency generator would not charge my UPS system (most generators wont) I placed this power conditioner before my UPS and all is GREAT.. Very quit, no worries !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well!I purchased this to use on a computer workbench. I paired it with two Tripp Lite power strips to protect equipment from surges and keep the power conditioned and regulated while I worked on computers. It has worked extremely well so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect solutionI recently installed a digital X-Ray. It failed to function because the city regularly supplies 139 volts rather than 120. This Tripp Lite voltage regulator was the perfect and inexpensive solution to control the voltage. It's also great to have the surge protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great effective insurance for your equipmentIf you live somewhere with dodgy power you need something like this to protect your equipment. It doesn't make sense to buy a bunch of expensive electronics and then plug them into a cheap power strip from the hardware store. You'll be surprised by how often you hear the Power Conditioner clicking as it adjusts for momentary sags and surges. Also, paper warranties sound great, but its much better to prevent the damage from happening in the first place with an AVR instead of trying to find out if a company is really going to honor that warranty. I chose a Power Conditioner instead of a UPS because batteries will always wear out. If you live in Hawaii, buying a replacement battery is unlikely to ever happen with the new Federal regulations on air shipments of large batteries. I fully expect this Power Conditioner to last many years unlike the "home" UPS you often see in stores that are only designed to last a couple of years. This won't supply power for your equipment if the power goes out for more than a second, but for momentary power fluctuations, which do the majority of the damage where I live, I think this is the best protection I can buy. Recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't know if I can trust this unitI was using this unit to protect my $15,000 commercial embroidery machines. Somehow a voltage drop occurred and damaged two of my machines beyound repair. I filed a claim. They said they tested the unit and found nothing wrong with it and had no explaination for why it didn't protect my equipment. This cost me $30,000. The warranty meant nothing. I don't beleive I'd ever trust this unit again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent buy!Now my small office all in one laser printer is fully protected and will not lock itself due to ups and downs in voltage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This saved our expensive blendersWhen we opened a new retail location the building had high voltage and it was burning up our expensive K-Tec blenders. I added one of these Power Conditioners to each of the 3 units and have not had any voltage problems since.
