It includes 14 outlets (6 front / 6 rear), 15 ft AC power cord and guarded power switch to reduce the risk of accidental shutoff. Diagnostic LED indicates surge protection status.

Rated 5 out of 5 bylpd1965 from ReliableUsed in for almost a year now. So far so good. There was a power outage last April this year and when our emergency generator/UPS kicked in, any of our servers just keep on running with no reported / observed problem until now, Dec 2011. Highly recommended.

Having plug covers included was a nice touch, making sure I could block unwanted users or devices being plugged in. The main plus is the surge rating at a level that I wanted.
