The velcro fastening is a breeze and once on just forget about the watch because you know it is safe! It is a pleasure everytime I look at the watch to see the "Active Watch Band", it has been noticed by others too.

In the ads , it shows the band wrapped around the guys wrist with no Velcro showing. He must have the wrist of a 10 year old. Love the band but either add an inch to one side or the other. At times it can feel a little tight

My wrist measures about 9 in around the measurements are in the add I was hopeful that with the Velcro I could squeeze out an extra 1/2 inch.

It’s not petite in any way although the strap itself seems made for small wrists which is ironic based on how I just complimented it. It’s comfortable. But it doesn’t look as good with a suit. Therefore, I am begging UAG to make a line of bands the same wide width but of a nice black leather or metal with a clasp. I’d buy every type.

There are often times when my job becomes physically intense and confrontational, so I need gear that meets tactical standards. My Apple Watch is part of my EDC and I need to keep it safe and secure, UAG’s Active Watch Strap is the real deal. I voted with my wallet by buying two! The band is paradoxically both wonderfully comfortable and extremely secure. It’s also very easy to put on, an amazing piece of kit! So far, I’ve purchased the Midnight and the black ones (are any other colours in the works) and am considering buying the orange.

Mine folds over just enough for the 50 meters tag, rather than wrapping back up to the watch face. Not a deal breaker, just wish it was a little longer.

The wide band offers great stability for outdoor activities, the heavy metal gives it a solid feel. The nylon band allows it to be breathable = no sweat under the band. Visually, the black Velcro on it is a little overkill, IMO, (I now understand ‘universal fit”… as it fits my rather large writ as well as the wrist of my 6yo granddaughter…LOL)...it literally covers the entire outside on of the bands and hides the otherwise cool urban camo look. Overall a GREAT product…would buy again and most likely will buy in another color as well.

Whether you’re in the water, running, or hiking, this is the watch strap that will not fall off. The velcro is super strong - much stronger than the Apple Sport Loops - and the nylon is thick and will not tear or fray. The band features a unique “industrial” look that I really love. The only thing I wish was that it was a tad bit longer so that I could just slide it off. I barely made the strap fit around my wrist. I have to completely undo the strap to take it off my wrist. But other than those little issues - I love it! I love how it’s black and red and very rugged looking. I hope they continue to make straps in the future as Apple always makes some sort of changes with their watches.
