This case is nice, it has a good texture and I have a feeling it would do a fair job at protecting the device when dropped. Solid product as always.

It’s extremely well made but not at all bulky and UAG DID NOT skimp on materials. The stand works great and the inside cover is soft but doesn’t hold any dirt. Buy this case with confidence in my personal opinion Its the best case in the market.

The heavy duty grip like material gives me a sense of comfort -- because I like to drop things... A LOT. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the shipping speed which was unbelievably fast, and it actually came a day earlier than expected. I would recommend this product. 5 stars!

I have my folio case now for my IPhone 7+ and just received this folio case for my IPad Pro 10.5. I have tried to purposely duplicate the problem described below regarding the magnetic connection to the smart keyboard with no luck. This case in no way obstructs the proper functionality of the smart keyboard. It all folds nicely together in a secure package with a decidedly strong magnetic clasp and works flawlessly when unfolded. Regarding the complaint about the company below........ Urban Armor Gear products, especially new releases and especially for new Apple product releases, are so highly sought that I can only imagine they were unable to keep up with the demand. In fact, when I searched for the IPad Pro 10.5 case, I couldn't find it on the UAG site and purchased it on the Best Buy site. I'm guessing the demand was more than they expected from large contracts such as Best Buy and paused advertisement on their own site to catch up. In conclusion, product reviews are becoming the latest trend of "fake news" written by whining snowflakes seeking freebies. So, on that note, I suggest to you little whining snowflake freeloaders that if you write a review, make sure the review you write is for a product you actually received. This new IPad has been out for five minutes now and you expect to receive a quality product five minutes later??!!

I tried the expensive apple cover which only covers the front half for whatever weird reason. I tried the cheap generic ones on amazon. This one by far offers the most protection while still maintaining that sleekness we want out of a case.

I am very surprised with how light the casing is, given that it is compliant with MIL standard. Great compatibility with Smart Keyboard. Sturdy, great “grippy” feel to case. I never worry about it slipping out of my hand. I use it at the gym and the snap closure and pencil holder give me reassurance that it won’t fly open unexpectedly nor will I loose the pencil even when i jam it into my overflowing gym bag.

I travel a lot and the rugged design gives me peace of mind that my device is protected, the metropolis case is durable and still maintains a slim profile. The foldable front cover provides an ample variety of viewing angles that have accommodated all of my needs. I have been a customer of UAG for a few years now and they haven’t let me down yet, I highly recommend this case and hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

It would have been nice if the magnetic latch have been made a little longer so that you can still use the screen cover even if the smart keyboard is still attached. With just the Smart Keyboard one cannot secure the screen totally because there is no latch to lock it to to the iPad. A longer magnetic latch will serve double functions of protecting the screen, one without the keyboard attached and then with the keyboard still attached. I should have suggested this after I bought one for my iPad Pro 12.9. Hope you will consider this suggesting in your future versions of these fantastic cases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same great case but with a couple new flaws So this new case is very much like the version for the 9.7-inch iPad, so if you owned that you'll have a good idea of what your getting. The overall design is pleasing and the materials are of good quality. The case even passes as professional if you get black. It unfortunately is not a 5 star product. First, there seem to be some manufacturing issues. I have gone through two of these cases. The first one had the frog material coming off of the back of the cover at the seam. The second case's plastic molding along the side with the new pencil holder is warped. This is not only unsightly, but exposes a small part of the metal bezel of the iPad. I will be exchanging at Best Buy today and giving it one last try. Speaking of that pencil holder, it adds to the overall width of the case. I know many will appreciate having such a secure place to put their Apple Pencil, but I personally preferred the old design. I actually didn't use the pencil holder on the old design, but the strap was much less obtrusive.

I love how can be used with the Smart Keyboard WITHOUT taking the case off unlike my mini iPad whee I had to physically remove the case and then put the keyboard on. I DO NOT agree with anonymous on his post saying what he DIDNT like about the case overall I think it is perfect.

I love the fact that you can detach the flip cover, So if I just want to use it as a normal case I can and I can just carried around or if I want to put it back on and prop my tablet up and use my keyboard I can do that as well and then when I’m done I just close it and my front screen is protected. And I love the fact that I have a matching case for my phone as well.

That's because Romanian post is terrible (has taken four weeks to process the package). I think you should add other delivery options, like DHL, TNT, or whatever, so that your clients don't have to have this kind of excruciating experience. Thank you

Still managed to shatter the screen protector! Hence the 4 stars - not sure what kind of mil spec it is, or if they drop these on gravel driveways during testing... Otherwise everything about it is just perfect! Great look, great feel, great function - the Apple Pencil holder is excellent. Perfect if, like me, you and your iPad spend a fair bit of time outdoors.

I love to take my iPad with me everywhere I go so that way I can edit my videos, check my e-mail, and everything else. Not only is this case appealing to look at, but it adds so much protection to my iPad. If I were ever to drop my iPad I know for sure that it is going to be safe and protected. I own a lot of UAG cases for all of my devices and they are by far my favorite cases to use. The packaging is always nice and typical UAG packaging. The unboxing experience is very pleasing and satisfying. I like how there was a instruction in the box showing all the viewing angels and ways you can use your iPad with this case. The Apple Pencil holder is very strong and allows for you to keep your pencil on the case at all times and know that it won’t be falling off in your backpack. The front cover can be removed very easily for one handed use and it can be placed back on just as easy. It does require a little muscle to get the cover back on but that’s a good thing because I know it won't be coming off on it's own while I’m taking it around with me everywhere. I love the material the case is made of, it reminds me of a basketball which is nice for grip. I love how I can still use my Apple Smart Keyboard with this case and honestly I haven’t taken the case off since I received it. I’ve been using it everyday and have been 100% satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid product just like with ipad air 2 I've had the UAG case for Ipad Air 2 and the choice to buy similar one for Ipad Pro was easy. The pen-holder (for Ipad pro pen) holds the pen tightly, but unfortunately is unusable as the tip of the pen drops off easily. This design flaw is one of the pen's, but nevertheless, it cannot be used on the case.

The Good - Case looks awesome Perfectly fit - Nice feels in hand Good/Durable Material - Love the feature that can detach the front cover and attach the keyboard instead The Bad - This case makes carrying the iPad Pro much much heavier. When having to carry the iPad around all day then the weight can become a problem

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I really love my case. It is protected and attention-getting. My grandson likes it so much that I've had to buy a similar UAG for his iPad mini. My only concern and it is quite serious, is the snap in mechanism on the back. It is so difficult to put the flag back on that I am concerned about breaking the screen on my iPad Pro. It is difficult for me to understand how this was not picked up on during design and testing. As a result, I simply don't take the flap off. I really can't take a chance on breaking the screen.
