The actually product was what was ordered, not refurbished or knockoff, also a real Xerox product, installed easily with included instructions and was up and running in no mare than 15 minutes. I would recommend this product and service to anyone who cares about their equipment and getting the parts that it needs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Fuser Kit To The Rescue The fuser kit saved the day. The fuser in the machine was making a grinding noise and turns out that the gear that turns the fuser was broken. The new fuser took care of it and brings new life to the printer.
