The Way to Go for Quality
Product shipped super fast was here before expected. all packaging was intact and well packed, only thing the box that the box came in was a little excessive, but hey it got the job done and was useful for other things. The actually product was what was ordered, not refurbished or knockoff, also a real Xerox product, installed easily with included instructions and was up and running in no mare than 15 minutes.
I would recommend this product and service to anyone who cares about their equipment and getting the parts that it needs

New Fuser Kit To The Rescue
The fuser kit saved the day. The fuser in the machine was making a grinding noise and turns out that the gear that turns the fuser was broken. The new fuser took care of it and brings new life to the printer.
